She was very professional, but also personable and made me feel comfortable. Jonathan came in during my appointment to examine my feet and talk to me, he added valuable input to my appointment and even took care of my ingrown toe nails. One thing I particularly liked was how honest both Jonathan and Jordan were, I never felt pressured into anything or as if I was being sold to.
