Had a massage from sean, found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly puts you at ease during the massage. will defo be back as part of a service for my back legs and shoulders as i feel great afterwards highly recommend
I have been seeing natalie at unity therapy tamworth for a while now, she has been great keeping me fighting fit through training camp. Understanding boxing and how impact effects your arms and shoulders for stiffness/tightness. She has always managed to work around my schedule and helped keep the niggles at minimum!
I started coming to Nat when I had a niggle in my back that I was worried would turn into an injury if I wasn’t careful. At my first appointment Nat identified a number of things that could be causing the pain - and within a couple of sessions I was completely pain free. I now go for maintenance sports massages every 2-3 weeks. Nat is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I couldn’t recommend her more!!
