   Jordan was a massive help and a wonderful physio,I've had a double discectomy,and I've had another disc prolapse,so I've got a lot of problems,I've had sciatica in both legs for over a month, affecting everything I do and how I sleep,after 1 appointment,it's 2 days later and I'm already walking better with a lot less pain,I know I'm never going to be pain free,I settle for less pain,thank you so so much Jordan,great disposition and great physio,see you next appointment

   A big shout out for Footsteps today! My 12 year old son has been suffering from a sore shoulder for a few weeks now after a fall. As the pain was not subsiding we decided to visit Footsteps to see if they could help. Within minutes Emma, the physio who was treating him, identified the issue and got to work! My son was slightly nervous before the consultation but Emma put him at ease immediately. The only downside according to my son was that he now has to wait a couple of weeks, due to a prescribed set of exercises, before he can see Emma again! My only regret is that I did not take him sooner. A big thanks to both Emma and the team!

   I cannot recommend Jonathan enough! He is absolutely incredible — thank you for allowing me to walk without any pain; for removing all of the hard skin and corns I had within a session. Jonathan provided aftercare advice as well, with how to maintain what he did to my feet including product recommendations which have been fantastic. I am so grateful. Worth every penny and I would encourage anyone to visit Footsteps!

   I made an appointment for insoles, Jordan was brilliant, she was so clear throughout the appointment answering any questions I had. She was very professional, but also personable and made me feel comfortable. Jonathan came in during my appointment to examine my feet and talk to me, he added valuable input to my appointment and even took care of my ingrown toe nails. One thing I particularly liked was how honest both Jonathan and Jordan were, I never felt pressured into anything or as if I was being sold to. I can’t thank them both enough and I will certainly be recommending footsteps and coming back for a second pair of insoles.

   Because of severe neglect of my ingrown toenails we had to remove them. I was in pain for a lot of years before I finally decided to do something. The staff is very friendly and professional.    It is going to be difficult to express quite how thrilled I am with what Jonathan has achieved for me. Until today I had very VERY bad verrucas. They became increasingly embarrassing and painful. I decided I needed to take action, far later than I should have done. After some internet research I chose Footsteps Treatment Clinic in Tamworth because of the positive reviews. From the first appointment Jonathan set my expectations. He would do his best to rid me of what were really awful verrucas (my words, not his) but he couldn't guarantee they would go. He also said he was optimistic and would not give up. I opted for the Swift treatment, as recommended. and I am delighted I did. Gradually the verrucas got better and today, for the first time in 20 years, I am free of them, all thanks to Jonathan and his team at Footsteps. When he told me today I needn't see him again unless I wanted to (because I was better), I felt slightly emotional, with a genuine sense of relief and gratitude; thank you Jonathan. I can't recommend Footsteps Treatment Clinic highly enough. Their communication is flawless, the staff are welcoming and they are demonstrably experts at what they do. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who could benefit from their services.
