I’m an Amateur Boxer who’s been seeing Amo for a year now, I started due to injuries I had which I couldn’t seem to fix, with Amos help through sports massages, advice and giving me exercises to do my initial ankle and leg injuries have healed and been maintained to stay stronger. He’s helped me to understand my body better in terms of how it functions and why I’ve felt certain pains. This has massively helped my everyday life in my ability to function and with my boxing career to help me perform at my best. I would recommend to anyone who experiences pains they need help with and to maintain a healthy body, and to any athletes pursuing a career in a sport.
Where do I begin, at the start my body was in such a mess it was affecting my everyday life and mental health. I decided to see Amo and he instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease, he listened to everything I had to say and took his time and went out of his way to help me.
