   My mom got a bit confused today and went to this physio as opposed to one a 2 minute walk away and the receptionist was rather rude and dismissive and didnt inform my mom that she may be at the wrong place. We only found out the mistake when the other physio phoned and informed us its fairly common and they very graciously offered to book in another appointment without a cancellation fee. My mom took a day off work for this appointment and had to come all the way back home as she got flustered. A little bit of help and care from the receptionist, rather than rudeness when my mom was confused may have helped Now we know the difference , thanks to the lovely receptionist at reform hub

   I saw Suhail for a long standing running issue with my calf. I was very frustrated as I’d seen other physios and read alot of information that hadn’t helped. I got some excellent advice and simple exercises to get me back on track and get me back running. Suhail really helped with my confidence and used sports massage and cupping therapy to promote healing. Definitely had me squirming at points but if I had any other issues I’d definitely want to see Suhail again. Overall very happy with treatment

   Came to Resolve after some online virtual physio via my company healthcare was not helping with knee pain. Suhail was fantastic, he was quickly able to identify and provide information and an effective exercise programme. After few sessions I am seeing results and looking forward to getting back out hiking again. I'll definitely request to see him again if I am referred again in future.

   Stefan is very impressive at Resolve. I have had reoccurring pain in my rhomboid muscle for the last 3 months and had ineffective treatments beforehand. Since coming to see Stefan, he has truly been a godsend! His knowledge is exceptional, he is very patient and honest when explaining and working through solutions, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout our sessions. I saw improvements straight away and within 2 months I am now back to normal. Stefan has been an angel! Thank you :)

Becki at reception is very friendly, warm and welcoming and will go over and beyond for you.    I had ear wax removal from Adam. He was lovely, very professional and talked me through everything beforehand. I was not able to hear from my left ear before the procedure and I have come out with my full hearing. Definitely recommend!

   I have been treated at Resolve for roughly five years and received treatment for ankle sprains, shoulder rotator cuff tendinitis & rehabilitation for a tendon tear my foot. I always receive the best care and professional guidance to recovery. I always have faith in the advice I am given and trust the route to recovery as this has been right every time so far. Highly recommend.
