Steve is a friendly, down-to-earth chap and a very effective physio. He recently treated me for a frozen shoulder. I had a significant improvement after only two sessions, with some strong manipulation. Steve gave me some exercises to take away, which were also a great help.

Steve was recommended to me by a friend and I was very successfully treated by him over 8 weekly sessions for plantar fasciitis. I could hardly put my foot to the floor at the first session at the beginning of August but this gradually got easier and I had my final treatment on 14 October. It worked for me and I would highly recommend Steve and his little machine!
I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis for months and had tried everything, inc. insoles, exercise for calves, targeted stretching, etc. nothing worked. Fortunately my wife found Steve Hackner online and he kindly offered advice on a treatment plan. Steve’s work has been amazing for me. I went to the clinic to sort out plantar fasciitis and with 3 rounds of shockwave treatment, plus the follow up re-hab which was provided, I am now pain free and able to play sports without pain and issue. A huge success. Very grateful!
10/10 - Steve fixed my knee issue with the shockwave therapy and also provided weekly rehabilitation excersises to assist with the recovery. After a year of being injured, 2 weeks into the sessions I noticed substantial improvement in my knee and now after 6 sessions I am back no normal. Great value for money and great knowledge.
I have suffered with planter fasciitis for three years. I have spent thousands on shoes insoles, physio and never been able to walk bare foot without severe pain. If I sat for a while, I would be hobbling for the first few steps. It was embarrassing and painful. Steve was my last hope but really I had accepted I would be struggling forever. After three treatments I was able to walk without pain and can now wear trainers. It took six sessions but my case was severe. I would recommend this man and his marvellous machine. Thankyou Steve
My mum attended Shockwave treatments with Steve. Steve was very thorough with the treatment & she started feeling the benefits couple days later.
