“I was so scared and worried before committing to this salon, as I haven’t been to a salon in around 10 years (I have a hairdresser sister) but I’ve never felt more welcome. From the get go all communications were always quick, reliable and friendly. I managed to get an appointment with Leanne after a cancellation. We organised a quick patch test and consultation where we spoke about what I wanted, followed by a patch test behind my ear and a quote for how much it would all cost. This literally only took about 10 minutes. I felt so welcomed as soon as i entered the doors. On the day of my hair, we revisited our conversation at the patch test making sure there was no miscommunication about what I wanted. Leanne was so friendly, constantly asking if I was comfortable and needed anything. I’m so pleased with the final results and would highly recommend this salon. The products they used are so high quality and left my hair feeling so amazing that I bought exactly what they used!! Thank you so much Leanne and the team at The hair shack for the amazing customer service, that I will definitely be revisiting in the new year :)”

She was absolutely fab and had some amazing ideas on how to get some more movement in my poker straight hair, and her insight into what we were doing with the colour was fab because my hair looks absolutely stunning! The shop itself is beautiful and all the staff that I spoke to today were some of the kindest people I've ever met! I always get nervous trying a new salon and this was big seeing as I only moved to the area recently. I felt so welcome and so at home that everyone there is an absolute credit to the place.
