I actually went in and booked a hair appointment for 3 of us 2 of us was at 1.15 and other(me) was at 2.15 When we arrived on Friday First Ladies went upstairs for her cut and blow dry, then my daughter in law went next they sat me in the seat next to here so we could still speak the whole 2.30 I was there I was not offered a drink even though she asked the junior to make her a coffee while she was cutting my hair But getting back to the lady who was first when she come downstairs there was a issue with her hair and because she asked them to correct it, which they did but there was a very frosty atmosphere after that,my own cut l was a one length bob with fridge the blow dry looked as if I had done it and greasy which isn’t what you except from going the hairdressers I felt she put no effort into it what’s so ever Comes to paying to be told that one cut was more because it’s with someone who charges more Why was we not told of this when we actually come into the shop to book And when I got home I had long strands dotted all round my hair I have had to go and get my hair correctly cut as when I looked properly it’s chopped and uneven Terrible service and terrible haircut certainly would not recommend that is ment to be a straight bob
Despite several road works, closures, detours, and 10 mph 'skid risk' roads, I made it to my appointment with Freya, albeit a few minutes late (my apologies)! However, I was pleasantly surprised that Freya really thinks the shape and style we are aiming for (and have been for six months now) is really coming on. As ever, I leave Monroe's Hair Beautique feeling relaxed, happy and extremely elated at how Freya is bringing my hair to life. After years / decades of frustration with my hair, it's finally going someplace wonderful. Thank you Freya, Natalie and all at Monroe's. See you next time!
I live near Loughborough, but whilst stopping on my boat at Tamworth cruising club, I though I would get my hair cut at Monroe's. Wow, what a lovely place with wonderful staff, I had a stylist called lizz, she was absolutely wonderful, such a lovely girl and she cut my hair perfectly, since then I have been back again to the same stylist lizz, and again, fantastic friendly atmosphere. So now Monroe's is my place to go for my hair. I cant recommend highly enough, Thank you lizz at Monroe's, see you at my next appointment.
First experience of low lights at Monroe's today. So pleased with the results. Sam was absolutely fantastic, he managed to lift my black hair colour to a gorgeous copper on the first attempt. Cut and styling was absolutely perfect too. Really pleased with the results. Fantastic hair, lovely staff what's not to like. Thank you Sam for giving me my pre covid hair back X

Fantastic hairdressers. As someone who hates visiting hairdressers, I was really impressed with the service Freya offered. A friendly welcome, advise on how to restyle my hiair, without being pushing. Constantly asking if I was happy with the cut as it was happening. She created a miracle, the first time in years I came out happy with the style. Thank you and see you soon
I struggle to find hairdressers where I feel comforble and get a great cut, I can honestly sayvthos place is amazing, the staff are very friendly and it is apparent that they know exactly what they are doing. The woman who cut my hair was patient, made sure it was exactly how I wanted , checked at the end to make sure its perfect, she also made me aware before hand of how exactly my hair will change and how it will frame my face which made me confident around her. I would definitely reccommend!!
