Fazeley pharmacy is a wonderful pharmacy, greet service as always and helped me whenever possible thank you to everyone at this pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Come up from wales to stay and needed a prescription urgently but my pharmacy in wales couldn't help me so the pharmacist in fazeley pharmacy was so helpful and really wanted to help wanted to help. Shocked how supportive they were compared to other pharmacy I been to . Highly recommend this pharmacy lovely bunch of ladies there
Using this pharmacy for years seeing how much they do for people and how much people take it out on them as if they there to be abused when the doctors haven't sent prescription over. It's always them that gets the blame when it isn't their fault I've seen it so much. Unbelievable. I love going in and being treated like a human x

Totally disorganized and one in particular rude member of staff. Not only have I had the wrong tablets also had some body else's. When I went in to complain I was annoyed bit remained respectful. I was verbally abused and nearly attacked she was held back by a member of staff. There was an independent customer hadwas also having a problem with medication not being ready on time was an independent witness to this
Got to be the worst pharmacy in Tamworth. Ordered prescription before Christmas and been in 3 times to collect. First time I was told it hadn't been ordered. Other times, told its not back yet. Great when you rely on your medication. Time to swap to a better pharmacy I think.
Terrible experience for travel vaccinations. I had booked a hep a injection for my daughter that could not be administered due to her age (9yo). This is despite the online booking system taking a date of birth. The pharmacy is unable to refund the £70 advising I send an email instead. I have sent multiple and yet to receive a reply. Reading other reviews similar has been experienced.
I booked online and paid for in advance to get 3 rabies jabs over the space of 3 weeks, after confirming with the pharmacy that they had the vaccination in stock. After driving for one hour to reach the clinic for my first appointment I was told that there was no one available to administer the vaccine. An appointment was then re booked for the following Thursday at 6pm. On the morning of this day I called to confirm my appointment time. I was told there was no record of my booking but the lady on the phone said it was fine to ‘turn up’ at 6pm as the clinic closed at 6:30pm. I then drove another hour only to be told that the nurse had gone home already At this point I called to request a refund due to the absolutely abysmal service (and a lot of wasted petrol money). Apparently the pharmacy can’t deal with that so I have now had to send an email to try and get a refund… I am currently still waiting on my refund. Do NOT go to this clinic for travel vaccinations as they will just waste your time and money.
Visited today for travel vaccination. Excellent service & very friendly staff. Quirky little pharmacy. Very pleased.
