I waited 20 minutes on the phone after reading on the website that they do private flu jabs. This is not correct, I was told "we don't do private flu jabs, only the NHS ones". Change your website, instead of wasting my time.
Moved to Tamworth Pharmacy about 4 month's now. From the setting up to the delivery of my prescription, it's been fantastic, this time I made a mistake and forgetting it was a bank Holiday. I had run out of my pills, but one phone call and they sorted this out. They only received my prescription back on Tuesday now being Wednesday, so excellent work by them. I've not had any problems with my prescriptions since being with Tamworth Pharmacy. I very highly recommend them over the rest.

Did some locum work for this pharmacy over 5 weeks ago; and still haven't been paid. I've emailed my invoice several times and called the pharmacy to chase up payment but no joy.
Are a great Pharmacy, I have my medicine delivered each week on a regular basis they have never let me down and are always quick to answer the phone when you need to order extras on top of my regular prescription, and they are just as quick in delivering that.Excelent service.
