Me and my partner went into store this afternoon (3/12/25) and bought a ninja dual air fryer on offer for £99. Got home around 5pm and unboxed it. Opened the draws inside and found it had been used! All food stains inside. Immediately boxed it up and went back to store. Customer service staff were brilliant. Swapped it for another unit without hesitation. It's obvious that the staff member who refunded the last person needs more training in checking returned items, and should not have put it out for resale without checking Some absolute tramps around though, who in the right mind buys a ninja air fryer, uses it then takes it back for a refund? Makes me sick!

3hrs car parking on a Saturday is just not enough. Especially when you have something to eat. Thanks for the £60 fine and the fact I won't be back so saved me a few quid. I'd give it no stars if I could.

While I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience, as a lack of consideration has been quite frustrating. The advertisement mentions that children eat for £1, which is wonderful. However, this offer seems to be limited to the lunch service for hot food. Considering that many parents with young children are accustomed to early mornings, it would be more convenient if this offer were available at other times as well. Furthermore, there were no children's plates or cutlery available, only small, breakable plates. Consequently, we had to use takeaway boxes for my one and two-year-old children. The restroom facilities were also less than ideal. 1. It was impossible to get into the toilets , so I had to leave it outside with my belongings, as I needed to carry both my baby and my toddler. 2. The baby changing area did not have a toilet. This raises the question of how parents are expected to manage. In reality, I had to bring my young children into the restroom, as my oldest is now potty-trained. I had to lift him and hold him over the toilet while my youngest was touching and crawling around. This is not an ideal or family-friendly situation. If assistance is needed with these straightforward matters, I would be happy to help.

I must admit, I only popped in to use the cash point, of which there's 3 and all working, and the toilet which was fairly clean for 7.00pm, it looked busy, plenty of working tills and staff in sight. The trolley parks were tidy and a large clean car park. I cant comment on much more.

In yesterday to check out televisions. Large range and staff helpful but, they admitted there were no trained tech staff to inform us. Went to the cafe for lite bite and tea. Wife went to the toilet and told me there was at least one toilet out of order, paper strewn about the floor and a strong smell. 10 out 10 for the shop, 0 out 10 for the toilets.

Took my son in for a 1 hour session to see if a job in the warehouse would suit him. They offered him a placement and took a copy of his passport for ID purposes. They said he would receive the official job offer via email. One week later and he hadn't received anything so he walked into the store and asked the customer services. They told him they would find out what's happening and get back to him. Another week later and still no news so he phoned them and was once again promised someone would get back to him. Few more days and still NOTHING so this time my wife phones them. She is told that the process normally takes a while as they set up training days in bulk (so wait until a few people have been taken on) but someone would phone her back to confirm. Few more days pass and still no return phone call ... She emailed the head office to make a complaint and after 24 hours she received an email saying the complaint had been passed onto the store and someone would get back to us very shortly. This was a few days before Christmas. It's now the 16th Jan and they still didn't have the decency to contact us. If you are looking for employment then don't waste your time here ! To ASDA admin: You still have my sons personal details by way of the passport copy. Since you clearly have no intention of getting back to us I request that you securely destroy this.

Poor customer service , boxes and the hygiene was very poor across the cafe , ordered food and it arrived looking like it had been dropped from a Boeing 747 across the ocean , no knife and fork and after waiting at the counter for a few minutes decided to approach the rear kitchen where 3 staff members were wrestling leaving a open counter to members of the public. Extremely poor customer satisfaction! But feel like staff members need a night out at UFC !

Absolutely shambles!! Went to pick up my shopping yesterday 5pm, told its delayed, would be around 20 minutes so we waited. Times passed and excuses kept coming and in the end it had been over 2 hours of waiting and still hadn't finished being picked. So I told them to cancel. Around 10 cars also going through the same issue with no apology or care what so ever. I'm heavily pregnant with 10 days over my due date, I just couldn't wait any longer. Rescheduled the morning after and the exact same thing happened again yet no cars were waiting. I said to cancel but I got home then 2 hours later received an email saying it was ready to pick up. So I decided to accept and clicked on my way butto in the app to be told it isn't ready. Utter shocking, ride staff and nothing in return. I will not be shopping here again!!

My favourite Asda that I've been to. Such a good selection of products, it's rarely over crowded, it has plenty of parking (though the occasional traffic jam when trying to leave) and the store is generally clean and tidy. It's always my go to store when in Tamworth.
