doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We came to the store at 6oclock to collect a cake with a picture on the top to then be waiting there at the bakery for some time and asking staff that are walking around to have a look for people round the back. was then told to go to customer services and to then be told it closes at 7 and i made clear i was there since 6 o clock and then to be rudely spoken to by a member of staff on customer services saying they probably went earlier and they close at 7.

I have home delivery pass for one year ! Worse experience ever ! Definitely don’t book whole year ! Each time either one item missed or they change items whatever they want. Also websites kinda sucks. Because of the Christmas they closed all slots and they are saying it’s because customers book ! LOL which idiot will book for one month later delivery are you joking or what !!! Simply don’t pay for one year pass . Regretting!

I’ve been shopping at this store for many years but over the past six months I have noticed a decline in quality and presentation of fresh food. Today 4/11 there were tomatoes in packets clearly showing β€˜ fur β€˜ on them. Broccoli and cauliflower in the past have still been on sale despite showing none freshness with cauliflower still on sale with dark black patches on them. The veg department appears scruffy. Other supermarkets seem to take a lot more care in the appearance of their produce. I don’t usually write reviews but seeing these tomatoes still on sale with fur on them and obviously rotting annoyed me. What’s going on.

The George click and collect woman from this morning (22/08/25) is absolutely vile! I got there at 8:05 after filling my trolley, there was already a couple of people waiting. One man was getting impatient and asked customer services why it was taking so long. The click and collect lady turns up, apologised and says the handheld scanner wasn’t working properly and hadn’t notified her. After another 10 minutes the man complained again so another colleague went to go and help her. When they came out with the parcels, I waited because I had multiple parcels and wasn’t in a rush. After everyone had got theirs, I collected mine and she was talking to the other girl that everyone was moaning. I just ignored it and went to pay for my shopping at the Scan & Go, they lady at Scan & Go was lovely (she’s on there most times I go and is a great asset to the company). However, the click and collect lady walks past and the scan & go lady asked if she got everything sorted? The click and collect lady says yes and then starts telling her that they said everyone was moaning but when I gave them their parcels not a single one of them said anything to me. She said this knowing full well I was one of the customers waiting for parcels, she was clearly looking for a reaction. I left the store annoyed and upset by her disgusting behaviour. I hope she reads this because YOUR COLLEAGUES LIED TO YOU and you’ve now made yourself look like an absolute idiot. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO ASDA AND WILL BE DOING MY SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. I’m also submitting a formal complaint about my awful experience.

The interior layout is quite strange, not the typical supermarket layout, which makes it hard to find things inside. Staff also really aren't the best here, we were trying to get to a product behind lots of cages and instead of the staff member moving the cages for us, he threw the cupboard away in the cage and walked away which was pretty rude. That being said, I do appreciate it's 24 hours and product selection is good.

Asda Queslett Superstore is a large retail store located in Great Barr, Birmingham, UK. It offers a wide range of products, including groceries, electronics, clothing, and household items. With competitive prices and frequent discounts, it's a popular destination for budget-conscious shoppers. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. However, it can be busy and crowded during peak shopping hours, so it's best to plan your visit accordingly.

I got Parking fine for shopping here for 50 mins on Friday 11/11after 10pm if you can do a weekly shop in under 30 mins go for it, no clear sign before entering, states 3 hour's but in small blue section says read sign inside, no pay and display if you even want longer, called customer service was told if we loose customers then so be it ,contact the parking company as it's not our car park. Thanks for the fine on veterans day nice to know my great uncle fought for this lack of freedom. UPDATE charge was dropped after communication with store and proof of purchase provided to customer service desk.

Recently shopped here and spent an hour in store, a week later receive a parking fine for Β£70! Apparently you can't use their car park after 10pm on a Friday yet the store is open 24 hours. I have been shopping here for so long and am genuinely so disgusted by this, contacted the asda customer service team to be told its not their problem and apparently it's not their car park. I am never shopping here ever again after this, such a shame.

We have been loyal customers of Asda, recently switched to a new job and left work at 10pm. On the way home, we would go to this asda in Queslett to shop and fill up gas. Just today we received a Β£70 ticket and they wanted it Penalize customers who shop in their store because we parked there after 10 to shop. This is so unreasonable! We have tried to call but were unsuccessful, this is so sad for us!

Enjoy shopping here as they have everything I need in one place. 2 floors, upstairs for clothing and general house items, and downstairs for all your grocery needs. Massive car park dedicated solely for asda no other businesses around. Open 24 hours aswell which is very useful. It is always kept in good standards and shelfs are generally always stocked up.
