   Went to Asda George in Perry Barr this evening to drop off a return. There was a young lady called Aaliyah who assisted me in George (sorry if i have spelt your name wrong). Aaliyah was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, polite with a lovely demeanour which stood out. Asda are very lucky to have Aaliyah as an employee and i wish her great success in her career. Thank you for your assistance today Aaliyah.

   visited my local Asda, and I was pretty disappointed with the state of the store. I noticed a bunch of eggs that were cracked open. The shelves were also looking quite dirty.

   Really good location, carpark can get really busy during peak times so you may have to park a little further and walk that little extra. Availability of trolleys is good, there are cash points outside which are handy, the store does not have good phone signal.

   One of the best Asdas I have shopped at. Used this supermarket for years now never disappointed. Only improvement I would suggest is that all the handheld scanning devices that is very popular needs to be expanded and more of them need to be charged and ready to use. Since that is the most convenient way to shop and pay, its just a disappointment that during peak times there isn't enough or they don't work.

   Please note, I don't give three stars to suggest a BAD rating. I'm suggesting there's room for improvement. The store is very busy, with shelves full of stock, the staff are very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. However; considering the size of the store and the volume of customers, I feel there needs to be more staff or staff presence to cover the shop floor. On the day I gave this store a rating, I was shopping for some clothes. I spoke to a member of staff working in the clothes department about an item that was on a rail, but it was damaged. The staff member went to back of store to look for the item, but as I waited I looked through the rails and found many items damaged or misplaced, to the point that I wouldn't want to buy them and it occurred to me that; if this member of staff wasn't here, I wouldn't have found what I was looking for. I enjoy my visits to this store more so than other Asda stores, and I intend to continue shopping here while stocks last or the country stands and I'm sure the quality of service will continue to improve.

   Was at the checkout and they had no bags, ridiculous how are you a grocery store and don’t have any bags left! I had to leave all my shopping because of it. Worker at the tills should’ve let me know before I scanned everything. Appalled.

   Shop here quite often. They have most products that are on the website. Only problem is the bakery section, the cookies we picked up had expiry date for the next day. (So they weren't fresh). This happened for 2 weeks in a row. Also, the hand scanners weren't available!

   Staff are racist when some one pushed my mom and was abusive to me had my 1 year old with me the member staff said he saw nothing even though saw everything needs sacking and staff refused to call police. It was about 2.15 on Saturday at self checkout it is all on cctv and staff were just laughing and doing nothing,one said he saw nothing even though he did he had curly hair I didn’t get his name.you should not have staff like that appalling I would like some thing done about this. Thank you and I also wanted the police called and no one would not even the security guard and asked a number of times.
