Impossible to get an appointment, even in an emergency. Receptionists rarely answer the phone so you have to go to the surgery to try and get an appointment. You can only book appointments online for routine reviews (asthma checks, hrt reviews, and so on). If there aren't appointments on the day, the reception team will be reluctant to book an appointment in advance for you. If you do get an appointment, it will most likely be a phone call. You will never see / speak to the same doctor twice. They have also mixed my data with somebody else's on more than one occasion. It's a very poor set up.

Go above and beyond to help I have agoraphobia and social anxiety they let me wait in the car till me appointment is up it’s so much more helpful than having to sit with strangers dr dougas is amazing they let me order my prescription over the phone as I’m house bound can always get a an appointment they let me bring my little service dog Lola

When I booked in the receptionist did not acknowledge me other than carrying on with their conversation about sky and Netflix; I said I haven’t got those, but I have got an appointment to which they laughed ! Dr ran over half an hour late - prescription not sent over I went back to doctor receptionist to ask where it was and they said I hadn’t nominated a pharmacy! Then they gave me a number which I gave to pharmacy and got my prescription after they called me by my surname - no respect! Thankfully I don’t have dealings with the medical centre

Reception Management are nothing short of incompetent, there are still people are having to make 60 - 80 calls to get through just to book an appointment, still the data is incorrect, still asked for POA's when they already have had them for over a year, still letters are being sent out to the wrong people, still having to do their job for them and chase results, still show no empathy to patients and their families. There are 26 Admin staff on their website, why are Reception Management not trying to improve things and use their staff in a more productive manner that benefits patients, because clearly their way of doing things isn't working when the Google Rating is still a 2.5 and they are getting bad reviews. They use their 'Zero Tolerance Policy' as an excuse for not taking on feedback, get defensive and continue to stay in the same stuck cycle mentality when all they are doing is causing further damage to the reputation and the patients of Manor Practice, Ashfurlong Long. I've never dealt with a more ineffective Management Team.

This Surgery took me off their register without telling me. I only found out when I went to renew my prescription. Average time it takes to answer a call is 45 minutes. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Only upside if you can get an appointment the drs are good.

Impossible to get an appt. Regardless of what time you call, it is either not answered or the receptionist tells you to ring 111. No wonder A&Es are always busy if you can’t get in at your doctor.

Expecting my 80 year old mom to queue outside from 7.30am in -2 degrees with ice on the ground to try and get a telephone appointment for a referral. Ridiculous, she also phoned and was waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes to get through and again was told to queue in the morning. Terrible service.
