I have been at this practice for many years and when Sandra and Tracey were no longer on Reception it was hard. But now it has been modernised and updated.Lets hope patient care continues to improve.”

“I have been using this doctors surgery for a number of years now and it has become better and better. Like any other practice it does have its downfalls, however considering how busy it is you are always able to see a doctor if your issue is urgent. It may not be the doctor you want, but if you're ill surely that doesn't matter! I have seen a number of doctors and all have been helpful, friendly and willing to help. It is however always worthwhile telling the receptionist when you call what your problem is, as some doctors may have a specialism in that particular field. There is also a new and improved pharmacy based on the premises who work closely with the doctors, so your prescriptions can automatically be sent to them. This pharmacy is open long hours, both throughout the week and on weekends. Only superficial improvements to be made would be the decor and more receptionists on the desk / answering the phone.”

She was very professional, but also personable and made me feel comfortable. Jonathan came in during my appointment to examine my feet and talk to me, he added valuable input to my appointment and even took care of my ingrown toe nails. One thing I particularly liked was how honest both Jonathan and Jordan were, I never felt pressured into anything or as if I was being sold to. I can’t thank them both enough and I will certainly be recommending footsteps and coming back for a second pair of insoles.”
