AVOID WINTER WONDERLAND AT ALL COSTS! Despite arriving 30 minutes early as requested, our visit was a disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, we found the entire car park flooded. Staff were turning cars away and directing everyone to a nearby multi-story car park. This secondary car park was completely full; we eventually found a space on the ninth floor, only to discover the lift was out of order. With two young children in tow, we were forced to leave our pushchair behind as we couldn't carry it down nine flights of stairs. To make matters worse, a member of staff told us there would be someone to guide us back to the venue, but there was nobody to be found, leaving a group of us wandering around in total confusion. The walk took nearly 20 minutes, meaning we arrived 30 minutes late for our slot. When my husband raised these issues and pointed out the lack of communication, he was met with a dismissive, "We can’t control the weather, what do you expect us to do?" from a staff member. While we understand the weather isn't their fault, if a venue cannot provide adequate parking or logistics, the event should be cancelled. The venue itself felt completely overcrowded, clearly prioritising profit over guest experience. Furthermore, be aware that children do not get a 1-on-1 meeting with Santa; it is simply a pantomime where he appears on stage in a packed theatre. We are beyond disappointed and would strongly urge families to look for smaller, more intimate venues that actually care about guest satisfaction.

A Magical Experience Marred by Baffling Logistics! We recently visited the Winter Wonderland at the Tamworth SnowDome with our three-year-old, and from an entertainment perspective, the event was fantastic. Our little one absolutely loved playing in the real snow, and the Beauty and the Beast pantomime was a genuine highlight—very well put together and perfectly timed for younger audiences. The addition of Santa starring in the show was a good touch that had the children (ours included) completely enthralled. However, the experience was significantly dampened by a major logistical failure regarding the parking. Upon arrival, we found the entire main car park closed. We were told this was due to a "risk of flooding," despite the fact that the skies were crystal blue with no rain in the forecast. To make matters worse, while paying customers were being turned away and directed to external car parks up to a mile away, the main lot appeared to still be occupied by staff vehicles. The impact of this decision cannot be overstated: Inconvenience: Having to trek a mile with a three-year-old in the cold is far from ideal and creates an immediate "dampener" on the festive mood. Cost: We were forced to pay additional parking fees elsewhere on top of our ticket price. Poor Management: The decision felt completely disconnected from the actual weather conditions on the day. It is a real shame that such a well-executed event inside was undermined by such a frustrating experience outside. While the show and the snow play were 5-star experiences, the management of the facilities left a lot to be desired and whoever made that decision deserves the sack! We hope the SnowDome reviews their parking protocols for future guests on crystal clear, dry days, especially those traveling with young children!

We went for winter wonderland and weren't disappointed. It was absolutely brilliant and we'd definitely come again, there's something for everyone! From snow play to a pantomime and Christmas music, it put us into the festive spirit, the decorations outside were amazing too! We were gifted our tickets via Acorns Children's Hospice and the disabled access was amazing too!

I had an amazing experience taking skiing lessons at the SnowDome in Tamworth! The instructors were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional — they made learning to ski so much fun and completely stress-free. The indoor slope is perfect for beginners, and the lessons were really well-structured with lots of personal tips and encouragement. By the end, I felt so much more confident on my skis! Everything from the equipment to the facilities was top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn or brush up on their skiing before hitting the mountains!

Great spot for family fun. Kids did ice skating and climbing walls, but there was also skiing and swimming fun to do another day. Aspen dinner was great for quick tasty food: burgers, pizza etc. Order on QR code and food arrived promptly.

Fantastic to get the real snow experience. We did Sat and Sun morning and Sat was far busier. 9-11 wasn't too bad but 11-12 was REALLY busy. Lockers require a 20p so you need lose change.

Amazing fun day out for all the kids and even the adults too. We went for a birthday trip for the Snow fun park where there was a giant snow slide, snow area and mini snow slide and house. We had to arrive earlier than the booked slot to prepare, but also the venue was packed full, you needed the extra time for parking too. Parking is a couple of £s. The snow park was amazing, lots of fun to be had in 30 mins. We all had a great time on the slide and would highly recommend and would come back again. At the snow dome, there was also ice skating, swimming pool, skiing and rock climbing, lots of fun for everyone.

Amazing Santa Winter Wonderland adventure. Everything was really good organized. One way system. Take care you are starting with snow zone for first 30 min, so is really important to not be late, after are Santa theatre, after animals and carousel room. We did not know that we can not choose the rooms for ourselves. Otherwise was great. See you next year.
