   I have recently completed a polynucleotides training day with Frankie and also previously attended a mentorship day at her clinic. Frankie's knowledge and skills within aesthetics is incredible!! She is an amazing trainer! Very patient, approachable and friendly and trains in a really relaxed manner, making it comfortable for lots of questions and she continues her support after training. Aesthetics can be quite lonely but Frankie has been incredible with her advice and support, which has helped me massively!! I already have another mentor day booked with her and will definitely be back for more training. Thank you Frankie you're a super star.

   I have recently had lip enhancement and botox with Frankie and I could not be happier. I am now in my early 40s and was worried about looking unnatural so I was apprehensive to say the least. Especially as I had experienced some skin changes last year thanks to an early menopause. Not only were the booking and consultation processes seamless but Frankie is such a professional (and perfectionist). when it comes to aesthetic procedures are both are vital. Sadly that isn't the case everywhere. I was so impressed with this service though. When it came to the actual day Frankie spent ages speaking to me about my options and what she considered the most suitable for me. I was really impressed by her knowledge and skill but also her passion to enhance a persons natural features, not completely mask them as can be said for so many other places you hear about. Thank you Frankie. You have made me feel so much better. Well above 5 star service. Sadly that wasn't an option to tick but you have exceeded my expectations.

   Lilah Aesthetics was recommended to me by a friend who had been a loyal client of Frankie for years. Now, having been a client myself for around four years, I can confidently say that the recommendation was spot on. From my very first appointment and consultation, I was extremely nervous and uncertain. However, Frankie made me feel incredibly comfortable and was never pushy. Her warm, welcoming, and friendly demeanor put me at ease, and her extensive knowledge reassured me that I was in good hands. Due to Frankie’s exceptional service, I knew from that initial appointment that I wouldn't go anywhere else. She truly goes the extra mile for her clients. Despite the distance, I happily travel for my appointments because she is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Frankie at Lilah Aesthetics. She is simply the best.

   Getting certain procedures for the first time can be quite daunting. What if they mess up? What if they’re not qualified? Well rest assured you are in very safe, knowledgeable, capable and qualified hands with Frankie. You will go back again and again. The clinic is clean spacious and welcoming and Frankie is very caring and reassuring. I travel from Worcestershire specifically to see Frankie because she has my full trust and I’d never go anywhere else.

   Frankie is an absolute diamond! I 'shopped around' for weeks before I eventually had my consultation with her. I instantly felt at ease, under no pressure and she happily answered my millions of questions! The clinic is spotlessly clean and Frankie herself is a consummate professional, as well as being friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else now. She has contacted me a couple of times since I had my appointment just to check in with me and make sure that I am happy with my results. If you are considering any aesthetic treatments Frankie is the person to go to! I highly reccomend her.
