Had my hair done by Charlotte today - she was so so lovely and did such an amazing job! Everyone was really accommodating as I wear a hijab so they closed the blinds and put shutters up whilst having my hair done. Really appreciated this, would definitely recommend!

Great salon with really lovely staff. I’ve had multiple treatments done here and get my nails done by Nikki C monthly. Always super happy with the results and the customer service! Recently my daughter went for one of the junior manicures and loved it! Such a warm and welcoming place. Would definitely recommend.
Was not happy with the end result of my keratin as the stylist did not place the treatment onto my roots. She seemed like she was not in the mood to talk and was just rushing with her work and not properly inspecting if all the treatment was in my hair or not. I am a quiet person, but I would love a decent chat with people, especially in a salon, but sorry, I do not have a good vibe from you guys.
I have only recently found this salon and I needed to post this review to say how utterly brilliant it is. The owner, Nikki, is one of the best beauticians I have ever been to and her attention to detail, patience and professionalism is fab. Nikki leads by example with the rest of her team and I have been delighted by everything I have had done here. The Decleor facial/massage is an hour and a half of bliss and I can't receommend it highly enough. This salon gives inner city salons a run for their money since Nikki has taken it over. Remember that when reading these reviews that it is under new management. My advice would be to only look at those in the last 2 years, otherwise they are talking about the old salon.
Have just come back from THE best facial and massage from Lily! She was amazing! Made me feel completely relaxed and even fell asleep at one point! This was my first visit to this salon, and all the ladies were really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back for some more pampering!
I have had various treatments from Rejuvenate and always been extrememly happy. My nails are the best ive ever had and nikki always sculpts me a nail if i have broken one inbetween appointments making them look perfect. They have lots of colours to choose from and various different methods to suit each client. Ive only had my hair done once so far but daisy was lovely and very professional looking through colours and recommending what she thought would be best for my hair. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent in every way. The treatment rooms are very relaxing and have the most amazing heated beds and scents ensuring that your experience is 5 star everytime. All the girls are very friendly and make an effort to chat with all clients. I was offered a magazine and a drink as soon as i walked in and shown a comfy seating area while i waited for my treatment. My therapist was prompt and very knowledgeable and i felt felt thoroughly looked after. This is my go to salon for all hair and beauty...
Today I should have had a massage purchased through Group on. Nobody acknowledged me firstly that I was there, a 'hello' might help from the girl who was supposed to do the massage! I arrived 10 minutes early - my appointment was 2.00. I sat there for 20 minutes looking around the salon and using the toilet. After waiting 12 minutes(after 2 pm) with no explanation I decided to leave. The reason being the salon was dirty and unkempt. I cannot comment about the treatment rooms but the general area was grubby and the toilet had paint pieces on the floor and bits of toilet paper. If the outside of the salon looks like this what would the treatment rooms look like? It costs nothing to say hello and nothing to move all the clutter under the desk. Have you also looked at the state of the nail curing machines - I don't think so. A beauty salon is more about the range of treatments but cleanliness as far as I am concerned costs nothing and means a lot!
