   Been my first time ever there service is totally Unprofessional, bad experience did lashes Thursday the right eye fell off Friday before you know it the left eye fell off the next day Saturday. Since the first day I noticed it was not well done complained because there is this white substance there she said it will get dry just wasted £ wasted time and transport for a poor job done.

   Absolutely love the nail service here! Other places in Sutton tend to thin my nails too much during acrylic removal so they break off immediately but this place has done it perfectly x My nails look amazing, service was very nice & professional xx

   Went back today to give Glamour Forever another chance. Last time I went the lady did my brows very thin. Todays lady was lovely, Nazia listened to what I wanted and was very apologetic about my last experience. I just hope I get Nazia next time, because if not I’ll be looking to go somewhere else.

   Glamour 4ver is a fantastic place to get all your beauty treatments done. I must say I am very impressed by one particular beautician called Nazia, who whenever I go to Sutton Coldfield treats me with a lot of respect, dignity and is always so very helpful from the moment you enter until you exit. The best thing about Nazia is she is very focused, passionate about her job role and her customer services is so great that I hardly go to my local beautician and instead go to her because she is such a lovely, bubbly graceful lady. It is good to have the continuity especially when you are dealing with beauty treatments because many times I have had bad experiences when my eyebrows have not been shaped properly or when they have hurt me when waxing. Nazia fully understands my needs and has it all mind mapped each and every time I go.
