   Absolutely ridiculous. Have had my braces pushed back a whole extra month because I still had a small gap which has still not closed up was supposed to be getting them off and my appointment got cancelled at 9am it took until 9am for someone to contact me which is ridiculously last minute when someone has a busy schedule and they claim there is nobody who can go into the clinic today which is absolutely diabolical very unreliant and a big shame as I had a much different view on this orthodontist before this situation has occured.

   Staff seemed friendly, but not happy with the fact that despite my 14 year old daughter has been told for years she will need braces but had to wait for her adult teeth to come in. We was told at her appointment that she doesn’t qualify for nhs ones, Was told it was classed as cosmetic so we would have to pay £2500. It’s really knocked her confidence as she has been waiting years and was hoping she was finally on the path to having her teeth sorted. I feel like they are only interested in private patients who can afford these prices.

   Came here back in 2016 as a 16 year old for an appointment to look of I needed braces. The dentist decided I don't (despite even still being told by other dentists to this day that I do) he said I wasn't eligible to get them on the NHS and rudely asked me if I had 1.5k at 16? I said no ofcourse I don't and his reaction was well I guess you can't have braces then. I should have spoken up about this years ago, and it really knocked my confidence with going to the dentist. Go somewhere else and avoid this place. Disgusting customer service from the orthopedic practitioners.

   Finished my treatment in some years that went by in a flash. From my first appointment to my last I felt comfortable and well taken care of. All of the staff are really friendly and fun.    Went to see Rachel last Monday to see if my daughter was eligible for NHS treatment, sadly she doesn't meet the criteria at this time. Rachel was very helpful and was really caring towards my daughter who suffers with anxiety. We were welcomed by reception who had excellent covid procedures in place, it was all quite daunting for my daughter the receptionists picked up on this really made an effort to calm her.

   My daughter has been seeing Rachel for a while now for her brace and she is always so friendly and very professional. She always makes my daughter feel at ease and always answers any questions I have. The difference in my daughters teeth is amazing.
