   Came into store on Sunday 28th September only one member of staff in and what a knowledgeable young lady she was I forgot to get her name, served me which such high standards! Knew that I couldn’t take any products that contain estrogen due to potential stroke and explained that some products can mimic estrogen like evening primrose oil etc and to double check with my doctor but could easily list the ingredients in so many products from the top of her head, she was far more knowledgeable and is an absolute credit to your team! Greeted with warmth and a friendly service. People like this make the world a better place. Left the store pleased and would happily return again after receiving such great service! Please have this passed onto her! Kind regards.

   I went today. Entering the store, the lady on the till was speaking on the phone. Came for advice, she stormed off to show me because I was interrupting her phone call. Right after she showed me where it was. Another lady there asked my daughter if she was staff. She told her to ask the lady at the till. But the lady refused as the staff kept talking on the phone. Managed to remember her name is Kelli. Really disrespectful to customers...

   Several weeks ago in March 2021 l called into Holland and Barrett in George street Tamworth for 5 bottles of Potters Malt and Codliver Oil original, it is now 20th April and every time l phone up the store to ask if they have that product in stock the answer machine comes on stating they will answer in three minutes, and it goes on and on and on repeating the same message, it is obvious they do not want the custom, l am aware there is a chemist in Tamworth also sells it, so it's goodbye Holland and Barrett.
