   Beautiful bar in the hotel lobby area. Lots of seating. Sadly way too many single people talking loudlyon their phones/ work computers and taking up 4/6 seats! We had drinks and food which were both very reasonably priced. The ambience of the skylight and large space was lovely! Credit to the professional Michelle and Alyson who used their years of experience re my children being id'ed! Full marks to them! We didn't stay in the hotel but will return to eat and maybe stay!

   Drink prices on the menu not reflected at the till and 10% service charge makes a glass of wine very expansive. Offered to refund the difference but refund did not work - beware.

   Today we went to the fabulous Spa for the Fire and Ice Experience. Been taking friends and family here for ages for special occasions and always love it. But today’s a shout out for the Brabazon Bar, where we go after for drinks and a chat and a lovely bite to eat. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Alyson, Michelle Lucy and Ali - thank you for making us feel so at home!

   I came here for The Afternoon Tea to celebrate my birthday with my 20 friends, the experience at The BARBAZON was truly exceptional. I wanted to specifically commend you're manager Marius for his professionalism and attention to detail, he made us feel welcomed and ensured we had everything we needed, he took good care of my guests and everyone was so happy with the level of service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a gathering with friends. Overall, The Brabazon is a gem, and I highly recommend it.

   Afternoon Tea at The Belfry – A Delightful Experience I recently visited The Belfry for afternoon tea, and I have to say, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Isabella and Allison, setting the tone for the impeccable service that followed. Our server, Michelle, was absolutely lovely – attentive, informative, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across a place where customer care feels so natural and heartfelt. Michelle ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visit. The afternoon tea itself was just as impressive. The peach sangria tea was a refreshing highlight – clearly fresh and full of flavour. The scones were served soft and warm, just as they should be, and the selection of sandwiches was varied and delicious. Overall, The Belfry delivered not just a meal, but a beautifully curated experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent afternoon.

   We visited The Belfry yesterday and had Afternoon Tea. My wife is Vegan so we contacted the Belfry prior to our visit and they catered for my wife a wonderful selection of vegan sandwiches and cakes which were delicious and very filling. The scones came out warm and and we had a large selection of teas available to try too. Alison and Michelle were fantastic members of staff, they checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed and we’re very welcoming. Would highly recommend

   You could not fault the staff or the quality of food - there were plenty of staff around and the food was superb. We enjoyed a light lunch on our first day - roasted vegetables wraps, tuna sandwich and soup - all of which were delicious. Evening drinks were served in an efficient and friendly manner in a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The area seemed busy throughout the day - lots of people enjoying afternoon tea in the daytime and groups having a pleasant time in the evening - the only negative - it is really expensive!! All in all - a great experience in a nice venue - but make sure you've got plenty of cash!!

   Had a nice afternoon tea last week, although it wasn't as good as my previous visit before the first lockdown. Also, we were given one macaroon to share between two, bizarre! I enjoyed the different teas, and would have happily bought some if they were sold on the day. Thumbs up for our waiter, Sunny.
