   From the warm welcoming and professionalism of Maz and the wonderful staff who are so kind and polite . As a family of 5 and being with this wonderful practice you really are in safe hands and your eye health is in good hands .Super choice of glasses and the prices are extremely reasonable .    I would like to thank the team for a friendly and very professional service. My eye test was informative and my glasses were very good value. I am a mother of an adult autistic son, and he was made very welcome, and is happy about going to have his eye test. I am so pleased I have found Zeidan Eyecare who are understanding of behaviour issues, which is so important for my son to feel comfortable, and reassuring for me to know he will receive good care and advice.    Having had a lot of trouble with other opticians over the last 4 months, I came to Zeidan via a recommendation from a friend of 30+ years as I was becoming so exasperated! Maz and Izzy have looked after me incredibly well. I’ve had to go back 3 times for adjustments and they have been very supportive and professional; determined to remedy my complications. Today 19/09/25 having collected my glasses, all seems well. I can go back if needed but am really hoping it’s all been resolved.    At a time when we live in a sea of mediocrity and poor service, here comes a practice of exemplary service, knowledge and professionalism, meet Zeidan Eyecare Centre in Tamworth. I cannot rate this practice highly enough! Maz with his wealth of knowledge, calm demeanour and outright professionalism, is the core of the practice, supported by Vanessa and her team, who compliment Maz with their friendliness, patience and all-round excellent service. I was prescribed new glasses with a new type of lens and I was struggling to adjust to the glasses, Maz and Vanessa insisted I come back (and it was multiple times) until they were just right and I was happy, you just don’t find this kind of service anymore, the pride, professionalism and friendliness that Zeidan Eyecare Centre take in their craft to ensure customer satisfaction is genuinely from a bygone era and very rare in today’s modern world. Use Zeidan Eyecare Centre, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

   We recently moved from Sussex and were referred to Zeidan Eyecare Centre for our children’s eycare and we couldn’t be happier with their professional and caring service. Both our children (9 & 10) have myopia and Dr Gulamhusein’s knowledge in this field is phenomenal and he brings a comforting reassurance when dealing with the children’s eyecare. He has a lovely manner about him, which put our children completely at ease. Vanessa is amazing and very on top of managing the children’s prescriptions but she does so much more. She also has the patience of a saint and was incredible in teaching the children how put in and take our their contact lenses and without her guidance, the children wouldn’t have got a handle on this as quickly as they did. It’s no wonder Zeidan has so many 5 star reviews, they really deserve them all. THANK YOU!

   Since changing hands this place has gone from best to worst, the specs that I had from the new owners I have to take off to see the subtitles on TV! and my wife has been having sore eyes and eye strain. We will not be goin back.

   Quite simply brilliant. A very modern eye test (in my experience) with a really nice guy who diagnosed my prescription very efficiently and it was checked a couple of times for my peace of mind. Plenty of frames to choose from, including designer ones. Finally, the staff were great, very personable, and I appreciated their honest advice throughout the whole process. JH
