Best gym in I've been to in the UK - the equipment, lighting, music and space is 10/10. It would be brilliant if they had a cold plunge in the spa area, almost no other gyms have that as a feature and I know lots of people would want to use that
I was really looking forward to visiting this swimming pool, but the experience fell short in a few important areas. The biggest issue is the water temperature — it’s noticeably cold, to the point where it’s uncomfortable even for adults, let alone children. On top of that, there’s cold air being blown in at floor level around the poolside, which only makes things worse. It creates an unstable and unpleasant environment, especially for younger kids who struggle to stay warm. For the price they charge, I expected far better conditions. A family visit here isn’t cheap, and it’s frustrating that the basics — warm water and a comfortable atmosphere — aren’t properly maintained. Until they address the temperature issues, I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children
The new referb of the gym Is amazing the quality of the equipment, music, atmosphere really have stepped it up. The special mention is the new bio circuit equipment ai powered weights machines that put you though a program. The changing rooms need to be updated and the spa needs a referb tiles falling off hottubs surround and footspa bench two jets don't work and the seats don't heat up the floor is very slippery although they do squeegee it now and again Could clean the sauna more often And it 100% needs a plunge pool
Great range of kit, knowledgeable staff and looking forward to the new refurbished gym. The Spa area is also a huge bonus to help relax after a good workout.
I can only review the swimming at tne Snowdome as we didn't do anything else on our trip. Frist of all this is great value for money, its clean and safe with lots of staff. When you leave just be aware of the sweet machines that require 50p or £1 coins only and also the cost of the drinks from the vending machines. The swimming pool lockers cost 20p each and it is returned when you collect your stuff, just remember to bring as 20p with you as the Swimming pool reception doesn't always have change.
I really like the place. But sometimes the lockers need more attention.

Very good gym with good equipment and lot of space, spa is good. The only problem is the changing rooms are small and not very good.
Great venue for the family, the prices can rack up if you go unprepared but hey always have a ton of deals on. Plenty of equipment in the gym, I've not had to wait for the cardio and the strength rotates quickly. A trainigg plan was set up early to follow. Swimming pool is fine, good lessons for the kids and a flume wihh dedicated sessions for all. The spa has a steam room, sauna, experience showers, foot bath, loungers and a jacuzzi, again no waiting. Great experience all around.
We went for the snowfun ! It was brilliant best 30 mins ever we did nothing but laugh and it's more then enough time.. the little snow Park was great to for my younger one.. defo be back again and the price was value for money staff friendly and helpful
