   an employee had a disgusting attitude towards me at 1pm today. Taller around 6 foot, black boy around 18-19 told me that i should’ve come earlier if i wanted my prescription. then proceeded to say to me that if im incapable of getting it on time i shouldn’t have it in the first place. said this absolutely disgusting. i am so disappointed. will not be coming back and requesting a new pharmacy. please speak to this person about their terrible behaviour

   Some of the staff has poor medical knowledge and what's even more surprising poor sales skills too. When I walked in there I was really in pain and they kind of mocked my condition which was in really bad taste.

   Every single time repeat prescriptions have not been processed or have been delayed at collection. This is despite phoning ahead, sometimes several times and having staff confirm the prescription will be available on collection date and time. Today there has been a ‘processing’ error and the time before that the pharmacy were not even able to access medical records to see if the person collecting existed! Disgusting service. A catalog of errors time and time again. Feeling like a mug for sticking with this incompetent pharmacy for so long! In the process of switching right now. Shambles.

   Visited here for the first time with my baby daughter so she could have her chickenpox vaccine. Tim the pharmacist was great and injection all ran smoothly. All the staff where super friendly, kind and helpful. A refreshing change of good customer service. Thank you very much :-)
