   I called the pharmacy today requesting to speak with either the pharmacist or the pharmacist manager regarding a serious matter. The pharmacist who answered advised me to call back on Saturday morning, stating she could not deal with the query—without even asking what the issue was. I find this response unprofessional. As I attempted to explain the reason for my call—a severe breach of patient confidentiality involving multiple medication labels sent to the wrong pharmacy from totes received from AAH—the call was abruptly ended. I was calling not only to report the incident but also to stress the importance of upholding patient privacy and professional standards. The response I received demonstrated a shocking lack of care, attention to detail, and willingness to take accountability or even listen. This level of disregard reflects poorly on the pharmacy and undermines trust in the profession. It's truly disappointing and, frankly, a disgrace to the standards expected within pharmacy practice.

   The staff here are lovely plesent. Plus is really cheap too. Thumbs up from Me 10/10 would give more if I could rate it more but I use this chemist quite often and couldn't rate it more as I cannot say a bad thing about it theres no dislikes at all
