This chemist is appalling. As bosworth medical centre is my local doctors. My repeat prescriptions are automatically sent to this boots chemist. I am an epileptic and when it comes to the medication there is always an issue with supply of the medicines. They are never in stock and something is missing. There are always telling me there is a shortage of my medication. To be told in my last phone call with them that they were short-staffed and could I not wait until the next day to get my medication? Otherwise take it elsewhere. Wow.

If i could give zero stars i would. This pharmacy needs sorting out. 3 days running we went in for my medication they said they didn't have the prescription from the surgery so I went into the doctors surgery and thry gave me the date and time they had sent it to the pharmacy the pharmacy had had the prescription for 5 days. Yesterday I recieved a text from the pharmacy saying my second prescription was ready so went to collect it and low and behold it's not ready was told come back tomorrow. Why send a text saying it's ready when it's not! Now I have another night of missed medication thanks to them! Boots need to do something about this pharmacy and the people who work there, they are rude and dismissive, there is no customer care whatsoever!

Disgusting service, no patient care, they can’t even answer the phones or have prescriptions ready on time, no explanation or apology. Honestly they should be investigated for the amount of prescriptions that go missing and the lack of efficiency. Each time my nans prescription is collected items are missing and when pressed further appear from no where. The staff aren’t trained properly or just don’t care. Never known such a badly ran pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get through on the phone for 1 hour.

one of the worse chemist to go and get served by one of the worse staff. Went today to collect my son's prescription that was sent on the 22nd September but I was told it was not there. Told the miserable woman that my wife came last week and she was told that it is not ready. She came back saying that the doctor has not sent anything. I chose that pharmacy because it 's close to my house but the costumers service is absolutely awful. Everytime I go there my medicine is not ready and waiting for 20 mins before being served by a miserable staff whilst the other staff eating sandwich in the back .. Will never use this place again...

Collected my daughters prescription from here. Five people behind the counter and not one acknowledged the growing queue. I had to ask if anyone was serving. By the time one of them came from around the counter the queue was at the door. The service is poor and has not changed since I started having my prescription sent elsewhere. Come on Boots, you have nothing on the smaller independents........

the one in chelmsley wood town centre is great. The one at Crabtree centre isnt very good its small. The place is slow and you can wait ages and half the time your prescriptions arent done or they loose them.

Has to be ‘THE’ worst pharmacy I’ve ever come across. They have no care nor consideration for their customers. The pharmacists think they are above the world and will not interact with a customer in anyway. Doctors will send a prescription through and even after 4 days of sending through, they will tell you it’s not ready until the next day. They never answer phone. When you do go in, the assistants seem to be annoyed that you’ve come in and even asked for anything. Attitude is terrible. Requested a new pharmacy now for medication to be sent to. Would prefer to travel further, to receive the right service and care. I’d avoid this chemist like the plaque. This review has been a long time coming. It’s not just a one off. This has ALL the time! This Pharmacy should receive an award. As said at the start… For ‘THE’ worst pharmacy in the country!!

RUDE my last two visits to this chemist has left me so so angry. There are two staff working here or supposed to be working they had uniform on. The chemist empty I arrive standing there waiting too be served a young man and a middle aged woman with short black hair extremely rude miserable just ignored me and continued talking between them selves about not work related topics. They both just looked at me but continued to ignore me. And then the man walked into the pharmacy area to take a drink. The woman stood there at end of the counter After a minute I had to actually say can I be served please. Reply from the woman was YES With an awful attitude I had 2 repeat my name 3 times b4 she understood what I was asking for Then my medication was given to me From the most rude person I have ever met in a public shop. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.
