Amazing chemist, the new owner is fantastic, all the staff went above and beyond for me, even when i had loads of questions they didn't hesitate to answer and help me. Definitely recommend, and will be coming here from now on!
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Alister was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable , he took the time to give me clear, thoughtful advice and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone so patient and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this pharmacy and especially Alister for outstanding service!
Since the take over you can see that the staff are working hard to reduce the wait times, previously I had to wait an hour for a prescription but now the wait times are 10 to 15 minutes when its just come from the doctors. Sometimes the doctors say that its been sent over but hasnt been sent. They will source medication if it out of stock from there other branches which is what they did for me and was so grateful to them for getting the salamol easi breathe inhaler in. They also offer a wide range of new services now that was never a thing before blister packs and a free delivery service. Keep it up guys :)
Omg what can I say BRILLIANT SRVICE … I turn up at 17:30 hrs with half hour left to closing… one of medications I have was not in stock so or if the staff drive alll the way to dudly to were they have a second pharmacy an got what I needed from there then arrives at my home about 19:30 hrs with my medz…. WOW WHAT CAN I SAY .. they are willing to go that extra mile ( LITERALLY)… keep the good work up::..
Phoned this place up to see if my stuff was ready to collect and they said yes when I got there I had to wait along time for my stuff. And a lot of people was complaining as they didn't have the the thing's they need
Shambles of a service. 35 minutes for one item. Maybe if the staff stop talking and laughing whilst you have several people waiting. Ridiculous
I have found this pharmacy very disappointing, on the last 3 occasions to collect prescriptions which were handed in a week earlier I have had to wait for nearly an hour to have the said prescriptions dispensed! Several people were complaining about lengthy waiting times & after an hour of waiting half of the prescription is out of stock!!!!! Need a lot more staff to cope with the number of people using this chemist. Not sure I’ll be using it again - would rather walk to the town centre.
Waiting ages for a prescription to be told that items aren't here and have to wait for a token. Wait another 10+ minutes to then be told that the system isn't working and that the prescription is "stuck" being sent to the spine and now I can't collect items from anywhere today and have to wait. Items are needed today and not next week. Not impressed.
I’ve been in this chemist in quite a few occasions and have never had a good experience. I went in once two days after the prescription was put in and still had to wait for half an hour. My recent visit involved just one person before me who after ten minutes of waiting they came out and told her they did not have it. I then waited a further 25 minutes when I asked how long it would be I was told well we’ve done our job we arr off and walked away it was another few more minutes before they decided to give me the prescription when I questioned this she said he had just tgat minute signed it off but he clearly had five so a5 minutes prior as I seen it for myself which led me to believe they was just being awkward. The two female assistants were crowched down having a chat which is fine if you don’t have customers in front of you. The pharmacist also wants to ensure he s up to date before making his personal phone calls.appalling attitude from chemists staff for them to start arguing on you when you are just enquiring about in the time frame.
