Absolute shambles of a place, prescription sent through at 2pm the day before and still not ready at 5pm the next day. Pharmacist was rude in passing over won’t be using again, I could of understood the rudeness if I had been to start with but I know I wasn’t.

Been to Off Peak Pharmacy today to collect prescription, put in via Lion Health Enema system . ( I know its called Anima) But Enima describes it bettet becausr its crap. Anyway, submitted prescription request on Tuesday, heard nothing. Went to collect , much discussion with two female Asian , Black staff. Both Muslim females. Not that , is a problem. However also asked where the Remaining 140 tablets from a prescription were, that , was from 30/10/25. Told dont have any. Asked why not notified, replied " we cant let everyone know" There is a national shortage of Creon tablets, and i would have been told that on 30/10/25. Nonsense! Total Nonsense. Asked for cooy of the prescription, initally agreed, then told this. " I cant give you the orescription, as there are other items, on it , which you have had, and we need to send it off for payment. Never mind i am out of tablets for a rare cancer related illness, paymentbto the chemist obviously more important than my health. Not rocket science to print off another copy of original, that had been signed, x through items i have had, and then allow me to get it filled elsewhere? Total beauracratic nonsene. Money more important. Will be making an official complaint, and changing my provider asap. Dan

Even when my medication was out of stock at numerous pharmacies including all local and Birmingham (shortage country wide) they manage to get it from there many suppliers hence I have now changed to this pharmacy for my regular prescriptions. Get a text a couple of days after submitting my request to the GP. Well done

They always take so long here. The staff are polite but appear to be on a go slow. The number of times where I’ve been sent back to the doctor as prescription hasn’t arrived only to ask another member of staff who finds it 10 mins later. Disappointing

Randomly close during their advertised opening hours and unless you’ve got a crystal ball you’d have no way of knowing. Eg closed from 15:00 onwards “acute emergency prescriptions only”. You only find that out when you walk in! Some staff helpful others could not be more rude if they tried. Ironic they have signs up saying they won’t tolerate rudeness from customers (yet seems ok for staff to be rude TO customers!?). If your medication is out of stock they don’t bother informing you, so you’re waiting for a text that’s never going to arrive and their phoneline says “do not phone to ask if your prescription is ready” !? So eventually you go in (if they’re open of course) and they say “no we haven’t got it, it’s out of stock”. If you had told me I could have tried another chemist!?

Poor service really. Was unable to purchase any OTC Nytol. And was asked to see a doctor. After some recent insomnia. its over the counter and for sale at the pharmacy i thought i was going to be able to to purchase something to help me sleep.

I've been coming here for prescriptions for a couple of years now (despite not being at Lion Health) and not once have a problem. Every member of staff has always been helpful and courteous. The pharmacist has been especially a fantastic help today when I went to get a second opinion after Boots' pharmacist said he "wasn't sure" what the problem could be.

Some of the staff are rude . There is no notifications of when medications are ready, this leaves no option but to call. I have quite a few meds , some prescribed monthly some weekly and one medication I have only 4 tablets so I can be checking on the status of these quite a lot. You’re told not to put in too early yet I can be left days chasing it up . I don’t expect to be told my call is time consuming for them . That’s the job .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards me, my friend and my mother. They are absolutely tyrannical and it disgusts me to no end. They abuse the very little power they have. I went in to get a prescription for my grandfather (which was a trachea swab so basically an over sized cotton swab) there was no medication in the bag yet they refused to hand it over and said that they would mail it to my grandfather the next day. My grandfather needs those swabs to clean his trachea, he has no more left, if the phlegm and etc was to build up he could choke. I made a phone call to my mother to come and collect the non-medicated prescription, meanwhile they were muttering about how we were being "so rude" and "a waste of time". When my mother came to collect the prescription, the two pharmacists were rude, obnoxious and extremely machiavellian. I am beyond disgusted with their behaviour and believe that they should not have jobs working with the general public if they believe it is okay to treat people the way they treated us. I cannot believe that someone would treat another human being so horribly; it is truly revolting.

Had an awful experience at Llyods wollescote oakfield road. Was waiting days and days for urgent scripts. Came to murrays and all sorted within ten mins. I like how they will advise you aswell rather than just chucking the script at you and you feeling unsure. They answer their phone and remain polite even while busy! Can see why they are rated nearly 5 stars by public and my old chemist only 2 stars by public. Fab service.
