No one on checkout for 10 mins on a Saturday so had to abandon my basket, 3 seen chatting to each other.

Will not be sending my prescription to here anymore. Poor service, waiting times to long for simple tasks. Boots down hill....no longer care about customer satisfaction, not the boots I used to know from 10 years ago.

The staff are quite nice and helpful, especially Afjan but the female pharmacist is always miserable and talks to you as if you are a hinderance to her day. She clearly brings her home life to work as shes always like it. Never seen her crack a smile. A wonder she lasted so long in Boots….

Cashier Afjan was very polite and helpful when my mother and I wanted to use the digital card on the Boots app to pay for our purchases. She took the time to calmly explained how to update our card information and validated our receipt for 30 days so that the points can be added to the digital card.

Whilst this store is small, looks to be struggling with low stock levels, short staffed and half the shopfloor closed down, the pharmacist and her team have been very helpful with my recent concerns over obtaining my specific medication to which I am grateful - without prompting they were helping me as best and as quickly as possible by contacting my GP, explaining what is going on and what can be done, supplying me with an expensive brand as an alternative and keeping in-touch throughout this ordeal. A credit to your company.

The shelves were half filled and the stock all over the place.

Professional staff to guide you on your purchases. Lots of skin and body care essentials.

Always helpful, friendly and courteous staff available to help with anything you need. Can't fault it for all essentials.

Small store in comparison to most Boots stores around Birmingham. But it does stock the most up to date health and care essentials. At times being a small store it can seem busy (but is not really) just the aisle's are narrow and if the que has 3 or more then it looks busy in the small space. Staff are ok help when needed but can up their game in customer service and interaction. They also have a small pharmacy which I've used pin many occasions and have been pleased with the service provided. Only downside is they often change pharmacist and staff so you don't know who's who when you visit other times. But overall decent shop with decent service hence the personal opinion of 3* stars i have awarded.
