Staff are pleasant and helpful and the shop is usually busy but it's very small so it will be most of the time... Has to be noted though, there are at any one time 3 or 4 staff working in this chemist but they insist on taking an hour for lunch altogether between 12 and 1pm every day! An hour to eat lunch is excessive in itself but why cant they do it in twos or stagger it so the chemist can stay open? It's a chemist not a dry cleaners or a betting shop.. people need meds so it must cause many patients such worry, inconvenience and anger!! I dont know of any other chemist.. Boots or otherwise or any shop that closes daily for one hour! My husband works in the NHS as a EMT and he grabs 20 minutes between jobs if he can... often he has to skip lunch if there are too many jobs piled up! Not saying dont have lunch but please stop this ridiculous practice of shutting up shop every day for a whole hour so you can have a chat while you eat.. noone needs an hour to eat a bit of lunch!

Have received terrible customer service here several times. Lost prescriptions, staff that ignore you when you walk in. If there was another pharmacy within walking distance Iβd use them. Iβm adding to this review as Iβm unable to post a new review. Once again terrible service from this pharmacy. I had a text at 9.05 on Monday to say they had my prescription and to wait until they text me again before collection. Then nothing. I called after lunch today, Thursday, and was told that not all text were getting through. I was then expected to wait 15 minutes while they β checked something offβ. I walked out. Still havenβt heard whether itβs ready to collect. Iβve now changed my nominated pharmacy and after using this pharmacy for 50 years I wonβt be going back.

Lazy staff. They never answer the phone and are not friendly in the slightest. It's a shame, because the ladies that used to work at the Monyhull Boots (about 5/6 years ago) were lovely. I ended up moving my prescriptions to Brown's on Kings Norton Green.

This used to be a great pharmacy with good service and stock. Whilst the ladies on the counter are very attentive and fine, it can't be said for whoever does stock or prescriptions.Sometimes I have to wait for days or return for the remainder of a prescription. I'm now changing my designated pharmacy..enough is enough.

Customer service varies on availability of certain medicines in terms of prescriptions but advice is good. Don't agree about having a max of 2 people in chemist. Apart from that service is good

Disgusting service. Can't even provide prescriptions properly. The staff need sacking and the Asian lady has no sense. She is so selfish she would rather eat her lunch then serve me after I waited 40 minutes without her doing her job properly

The disappointing charging for delivery of n.h.s.precriptions. I am very disappointed to report that after many years of dealing with this excellent chemist and receiving very good friendly service throughout that time I have now cancelled my dealings and transferred to a rival chemist. My new supplier provides delivery of n.h.s. prescriptions to vulnerable patients for free.I am amazed at your policy for ascertaining who is classed as vulnerable which does not include house-bound pensioners who after having a mild stroke and are unable to walk to the shop due to balance issues.Your executives might reflect on how many other regular patients you have lost. I cannot manage the Β£5 fee after a recent unexpected death and the enduring debts from that. Please look at your policy and hopefully change your restrictive interpretation to avoid other vulnerable people making the requisite decision the same as me to transfer to another chemist. Thank you.
