Absolutely awful. Never ever have the medication you need and always blame it on the neighbouring doctors. Always seem to have one piece of medication but not the other requesting you to wait more time for medication due days beforehand.
This store is great and is always so busy. The store is clean and tidy and the shelves are all stocked up unlike the Big Lloyd’s along the road. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Asked for a product in the morning and it was delivered to the store before 4pm the same day. The lady called Joanne is doing a fantastic job in there. The store could do with a extra member of staff to help serve all the customers because of how busy it’s got in there now.
Very poor service the staff seem to take forever to locate prescription collections clearly there is no efficient manual filing system in place which could easily be remedied. It is not uncommon for items to be missing from my monthly pick up. Is there enough staff ?
Main Lloyds chemist coleshill , reviews see below are Aweful , numerous poor experiences , store very disorganised . Staff look so vacant at you , are they are very rude , I visited today and although my order should have been ready yesterday when questioned , she said * I could come & help if I wanted * very sarcastic and inappropriate !! , Many staff left this pharmacy and Jo store manager is great but not seen her lately , overall needs reporting as dissatisfied with this pharmacy !!
As my GP is in Coleshill and I am on regular prescriptions I decided to set up where they collect and dispense. Although this worked well for a while some of the staff make you feel you are an inconvenience.
So sad, used to have lovely staff but there's an older lady working there now and on my visit bank Holiday, she was rude, dismissive, really felt like a nuisance and clearly she did not want to be there. Another customer in the shop also commented to me as to the assistants dreadful behaviour.
I came here a couple weeks ago and the manager Halima was super nice! So much so that I left a review directly with Lloyds but I never heard back. Had an amazing customer experience here from the really professional and welcoming Halima! Thank you Halima
