   I just want to say thank you to the staff here. Always friendly and helpful. I feel so much more comfortable coming here than I did at my last pharmacy. So thank you all for working so hard, It doesn't go unnoticed :)

   Absolute disgrace everytime I've tried this pharmacy very unhelpful, attitude lacks compassion and care and seems like they've checked out of thier jobs. Was advised to use this service as pharmacy first and can provide consultation. Went in with an infected wound. Pharmacist couldn't be even arsed to get up from his seat and have a look. SAID IT WIILD BE ILLEGAL TO Prescribe antibiotics. Could not even be bothad to provide wound care advice for few hours, even though was aware could not get appointment with katy road. Little did he know he was speaking to a nurse who's knows better. But hey if that's your attitude to customers should have known better then to give them the benefit of doubt.

   Brilliant pharmacy , all staff are polite & cannot do enough for each patient. I find all staff treat their patients/customers with respect & dignity. All staff have empathy & despite being busy they still take the time for their patients & customers. I highly recommend this pharmacy to others.

   Unprofessional pharmacy. It was my first time at this pharmacy following a dentist appointment where I was prescribed a medicine. Very simple 21 tablets for treatment. The problem is in the box there were 21 tablets (written on the box) but they purposefully toke a tablet out and gave me 20. Suggesting that I go back for the final one. I assumed the box only had 20 however when I went home and opened the box it was clear it was purposely cut out and taken. I don't wish to make another trip to the pharmacy for the remaining one which was purposely taken even though I have paid the full amount. Disgraceful. If I could I would attach an image as it's clear its been cut off.

   Best Pharmacy I have probably ever used. Been coming to this pharmacy for many years now and they never let me down on their customer service as well as clinical care. Ash and his team are absolutely fantastic; nothing ever seems to be a problem for them and will go a long way to ensure I am always supported with whatever I need. My father who lives in Stockholm, Sweden regularly visits and whom as also had the pleasure of meeting Ash - my father was pleasantly impressed with how friendly and more importantly helpful, Ash was towards him. The level of service and kindness is somewhat different to Sweden and I cannot thank Ash and his whole team for always helping and supporting me. Most definitely recommend and I would like to thank them all for their continued service.

I lost my medicines and my children were not feeling well, the pharmacy staff were very caring and went an extra mile to resolve our issue and get us our medications ready.    Tremendous service given to customers at a time when the customers are sick and worried. My Dr said I'd have trouble finding the antibiotic that I needed and said it would probably need to be ordered in and advised me to call the big companies first Boots Lloyd's etc. None of the big places had it in stock and even didn't have any in the warehouse to order in because they're only allowed to request stock from 1 place. King's Heath Pharmacy had it in stock without ordering it in. I should've gone there first since that's where I usually go. The staff I really helpful Ash is always willing to help and their student Arnav, was very helpful on the phone reassuring me that if they didn't have it they could get it in. Thank you all.
