Staff are always friendly . I love how they know most of their customers by name and can get prescription quickly

I had the chiropodist today from Kings pharmacy come and do a home visit had a great experience. 10 out of 10 came and took out a ingrowing toenail that I had couldn’t ask for better service to be done absolutely perfect thank you very much Will definitely be using the gentleman again, thank you
Today I went into King's pharmacy weoley Castle Square with my 3 year old grandson who woke up this morning with very sticky eyes. As it's a bank holiday I was worried I wouldn't be able to get him help, thankfully the pharmacy above mentioned was open. I was seen to by a friendly member of staff Rachel Who immediately got the pharmacist to come and check my grandson. We was given eye drops and advice. Very nice very helpful thank you

I had a very bad experience with king’s. Every time I called them before collection of prescription they always say “yes it is ready you can collect anytime” but when I reached to collect they have out of stock. It’s been many time I haven’t got my medicine on time.also sometime they never give u all the medicine and always give cheap brand. And sometime when they say come back for this med which is out of stock next day u come back and they say sorry we don't have ur medicine we never got any on our system which mean. They give less medicine , cheap brand , and make costumer liar . I rather go back to Lloyds latest they don't liar and give full medicines .
How this place has Been given so many 5 stars is beyond me . shocking service no organisation whatsoever and sooo slow

This pharmacy is brilliant. I have been visiting Brum caring for my Mother after a hospital stay. They are efficient and reliable in every way. If only all services were like them.
