   I have been charged twice for the same prescription and they didn't want to make refund. Staff don't know what they doing and what for they taking money. Incompetent staff.

   alot of the time say they havnt got medication in stock took 2 months to recieve 1 months supply of tablets made me wait a week for my meds then said there was no prescription when i challenged them they found it and said they cant get it i too it to another pharmacy who got it ready for me in 10 minutes staff not very pleasant dont know how they keep shop going as akways empty i have move pharmacy now

   They didn't have what I came in for, and initially told me to go to a different Pharmacy, but when I explained that I'd already been to that one 15 minutes earlier and they hadn't provided what I needed, the young guy immediately phoned them to tell them to sort it out. Could have quite easily fobbed me off but went to the trouble of making that call, which I felt was great service. Also came in here for meds during the pandemic, & they were always highly professional and careful during that.
