“I and my wife have been using this pharmacy for coming on 8 years now. Jayne and Bal are nothing but kind courteous and welcoming each and every time we come in. All too often the fact that we have a great local Pharmacy servicing our community get's overlooked and taken for granted. I love it in this modern world where I can pop in with a prescription, be greeted by name and have a quick chat about how things are going whilst getting a prescription filled. I am not only talking about myself as I witness this with everyone else coming in during my short visits. Local knowledge and consistency leads to better customer service. Jayne, Bal and everyone else working there embody this and demonstrate the absolute continued need for a great local community pharmacy. Thank you ladies and thank you Khaira Pharmacy. “I can’t thank Vets for Pets West Bromwich enough for the incredible care they gave to my cat. He had a very poorly eye that needed surgery, and the whole team were outstanding from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and state-of-the-art, and every staff member we met was kind, patient and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout, and treated my cat as if he were their own. His recovery has been amazing thanks to their skill and attention.”

There was an issue with the perfume which I’d rather not mention in this review however, the staff at boots were fantastic when I returned the product the following day. She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. A credit to the company !”

I've found that it's definitely worth signing up for, as the savings can add up quickly. The staff at the supermarket are generally friendly and helpful, with a good number of employees available to assist with any questions or concerns. However, I did notice that there are fewer counter staff than before, as some checkout lanes have been replaced with automated robots. While I understand the efficiency benefits of this technology, I do miss the personal touch and interaction with human staff. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this supermarket. The wide range of products, convenient location, and loyalty program make it a great choice for anyone in the West Bromwich area. While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to others and will continue to shop here myself.”
