   Do not bother with this pharmacy. Paid for my prescription, told to come next day to collect. Been told not here. They don't consider patients medications especially when in desperate need and they work on fake promises. Absolute bad service

   I am extremely disappointed with the service at Hilltop Pharmacy. After waiting for two weeks for my prescription items to come in stock, I arrived only to find they still weren’t ready. The pharmacist, clearly overwhelmed, explained that he was working alone, which might have been understandable if it hadn’t meant such poor service. Instead of an apology or a solution, he tried to send me out with only half of my prescription. This kind of disorganisation and lack of care is unacceptable—patients rely on these medications. I won’t be coming back.

   I am appalled, my GP approved my prescription on 4th March, I had no communication from well, went in today to find out where it was only to be told it had been collected on 6th March, they couldn’t tell me who by!? I have no friends or family locally so no one knows my details, it is very worrying indeed that my prescription has gone missing. I understand all sectors of healthcare are under pressure but this is gross misconduct.

   This pharmacy never opens on time. Every time I have been at 9am there is always a delay in opening, today it was over 10 mins and, as pharmacy professional myself, I know this isn’t acceptable or allowed. The pharmacist showed no remorse when she turned up despite there being three customers waiting outside in the rain nor did she seem to apologise to her colleague. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to go back on the system and check if my prescription had arrived. If you can’t open on time, at least have a good attitude towards your role.

   Went to this chemist at 9:10am they refused to open the doors as the Pharmacist wasn’t there. The lady who calls herself Nina was very rude and not polite in her mannerism what so ever. From speaking to other customers waiting outside the store this is a regular occurrence of the pharmacist “running late”. Can see by the latest reviews it’s gone down hill.

   Used to be brilliant chemist but now a complete nightmare! Don't get medication on time, can't get in touch with them no matter how many times a day you phone or what time they don't answer the phone they either take it off the hook or unplug it, I've sat for 2 whole hours phoning none stop & I can't get in touch regarding my urgent medication! Definitely changing chemist. Absolute joke!!!

   Avoid this shop at all costs,my husband has had all his prescriptions sent to this shop for years and they have always delivered them. Since the lockdown this shop as become a complete nightmare, I appreciate they have been busier then usual,but there is no excuse for what they have been doing, they don't answer the phone,(this point is important because if you are sheltering you want to know if you are going to get your medication delivered),then when it as been ringing for a few mins.they take the phone off the hook so it rings engaged,you just cannot get through,this as not just been on 1 or 2 occasions it as been numerous times,I have had to complain to the head office that many times it is in unbelievable. This time my husband as been waiting since the 4th June,for a delivery couldn't get through to the shop,head office had to ring them again, just got delivery after having to complain again,if I hadn't god knows when he would have delivery. What that shop is doing is totally irresponsible, they are playing with people's health. It's just not good enough, especially when you cannot leave the house. I had to give them 1 star,but I wouldn't have given that,they are not worth any stars.

   This chemist is useless. My 84 year old mother as been calling them now for over a week. They keep promising to deliver her prescription but it never turns up. She's tried calling again today the phone rings then it cuts off. Disgusting service.
