“I can’t thank Vets for Pets West Bromwich enough for the incredible care they gave to my cat. He had a very poorly eye that needed surgery, and the whole team were outstanding from start to finish. The facilities are spotless and state-of-the-art, and every staff member we met was kind, patient and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated throughout, and treated my cat as if he were their own. His recovery has been amazing thanks to their skill and attention.”

“Our recent stay was for a family funeral. Although our mood was low due to the circumstances we were overwhelmed with how good this hotel was. We stay in many hotels around the world due to work and this was fantastic. The room was perfect, the food was exceptional and the service was first class. A huge thank you to Gerry, she made our whole stay so enjoyable. The owners should be proud of her work ethic to go the extra mile with all our questions or requests. We will definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family or working in the area.”

“I took our 12 year old Westie Bolly for a complete groom last week and was very impressed by the groomers and how great Bolly looks. She had a bad experience at her first ever groomers when they cut her hair very short and I suspect were not very good with her, since then I have groomed and cut her hair myself, but she had got very tangled and I just couldn't do it anymore. I emailed with my request expecting a couple of weeks wait and was amazed when offered an appointment the following day. I took the appointment and explained that Bolly was nervous and they were great. On the morning of the appointment I couldn't find the unit they work from and they came and found me. I was told she'd be a couple of hours so I settled in Costa at the Asda and waited. When I collected her, I couldn't believe how good she looked! It was worth every penny of the £40.00 I paid. She will be returning there in about 3 months for another haircut. Also they only accept cash payments as they have no card machine, but they tell you that in the text they send to collect your dog. Really, really impressed by their work and Bolly looks so much younger without her shaggy coat. Parking is great, they have a small car park directly outside the unit.”

“Had the Bottomless Brunch here as a birthday treat, and we received great service from start to finish. It was my first time here so wasn’t sure what to expect but we really enjoyed it. A few more dishes could be added to the menu but what we had was delicious. We also had 2 cocktails each and a bottle of Prosecco on the table. I’m sure they would have bought us another bottle if we could have finished it but we were taking it slow due to a heavy one the night before! Definitely recommend and would come again!”

“We took our 8 week old puppy here today as his nails was extremely long and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and a great service. We will definitely be recommending paws and claws to friends and family and we will definitely be using you guys from now on”

“Firstly the building is beautiful and the layout is so nice with big, spaced out tables, the bar on one end, and cosy corners which provides privacy. We were greeted very politely at the door and shown to our table. Food was amazing, so many veggie options! I had the Methi Matar Malai and the Samosas, best ones I've ever had. Cocktails were great too and 2 for £12 is decent so I had quite a few, and still felt very comfortable in the establishment (many people were drinking but no one was being too loud or creepy). Ordering with the QR code was chill and straightforward and staff were still very attentive but also didn't meddle in anyone's business unless we asked for something, they just left us to eat in peace and only came back to collect dishes at the end. Just all round perfect experience. One thing I will say, the car park is tiny for the size of the restaurant so need to get there early and also book a table in advance/ maybe go during the day rather than evening. We will be back!”

“My husband of many years took me for this experience for the very first time. I was as nervous as hell and really didn't know what to expect or what to do. The staff were really amazing and tried put me at ease. The other clients were so friendly and understanding that this was my first time in a club of this kind. I don't want to go into too much detail expect to say that everything that happened to me was incredible and I loved the attention of the other people there and also seeing my husband enjoying himself. It has changed my life in so many ways for the better!!!”

“We've been visiting Forge Mill Farm for years as we're walking distance away. It used to be a small enterprise with a simple outdoor play area and opportunities to see some cute farm animals. Recently they've massively upped their game so it's even more worth a visit and such good value for money. We've done their lambing and sunflower events in the past and both were wonderful. Today we went to their pumpkin picking patches and they have done such a good job with the indoor and outdoor areas - so many photo opportunities! You can buy varied different squashes as well as the pumpkins but there's no obligation to and the pumpkin areas are included in the general entry. They've also opened a new cafe and indoor play area which is so impressive! We will continue to enjoy many more trips here as our little one grows up.”

“I would like to sincerely thank the vet who took a keen interest in my elderly cats health and the nurse whose approach towards my cat was fantastic. Thanks to them the visit and blood taking was stress-free. The positive change resulting from accurate diagnosis have restored the hope that was previously taken away at another clinic.”

There was an issue with the perfume which I’d rather not mention in this review however, the staff at boots were fantastic when I returned the product the following day. They went above and beyond in resolving the situation, contributing towards a very happy birthday for my wife. Thank you Boots, your staff at Great Bridge are wonderful.”

She was pleasant and polite and soooo help I’d like management to know of this and pass on our compliments. Even giving us advice on Asda’s new exceptional products. We had some in our shop as well. However, I did notice that there are fewer counter staff than before, as some checkout lanes have been replaced with automated robots. While I understand the efficiency benefits of this technology, I do miss the personal touch and interaction with human staff. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this supermarket. The wide range of products, convenient location, and loyalty program make it a great choice for anyone in the West Bromwich area. While the reduction in counter staff is a drawback, it's not enough to detract from the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to others and will continue to shop here myself.”
