   Nice clean store, large with great selection of animal items but please don’t advertise you do fish/aquatic items when there was literally 2ft of shelving of fish items yet a huge warehouse of cat/dog etc. Probably 12 products in total of fish hobby items. Not worth the drive there. Lovely staff tho, massive car park & appealing shopfront

   Normally love this place, would be 5 star but when we went in they had added new flavours to the raw food, sign still said 20 for the price of 15 on 454g foods. When I went to the till it went through and the offer hadn't been applied when I had my receipt, upon questioning this I was told the new flavours weren't included, this should have been told to me before finalising sale as I would have picked up the other 5 food that should have been free in regards to the offer. As it is I lost 5 blocks of food due to not being informed, the till assistant even counted we had the 20 so knew the offer was expected

   I'm Jolleys pet shop customer pretty long time now but today i was so discussing feeling in shop when i come to buy new lead for my dog ! All the time when i was in shop one of workers follow me with eyes from her's working area like on some criminal who comes to steal something but i just simply try to find better lead what i need for my boy ! I think it will finish when will leave that area where is the leads but no that was again in toy area same following with eyes ! Looks like i need find another shop because this store i dont want to see again !

   Happy knowledgeable staff. We feed raw and can get everything we need to make up our own GSDs dinners. They do a good selection of natural treats and it's mostly cheaper than pets at home.
