I bought some Co-codamol and paid £6.49!? I looked up online and at supplier cost, it's £1.21... What a mark up! Also, I went to another pharmacy up the road from there and paid £2.79 for the exact same thing, same package!
My Son came yesterday to collect his Inhaler that was prescribed by the Dr Oct 28 They told him its out for delivery so we waited but no delivery came from the pharmacy so i rang this morning to followed it up. The lady that i have spoken to is so rude. I was explaining to her that He came to the store to collect it and they have told him that is out for delivery,so im following it up and told her we didnt received any.inhaler. Her tone of voice is Rudeness. “If he was told that it is out for delivery it will be today! Or come to collect it today!” I dont complain for no reason, If you got Zero tolerance for Rudeness we to the public have no Zero tolerance for rudeness from your end No wonder I hear loads of complaints from loads of your former clients who have transferred pharmacy.Her name is Davinder The lady who answered the phone

I have ordered incerlin yesturday as IV lost my pen I ask for an emergency apidra to take as I'm a diabetic type 1 and there answer to me was I can give u anything absolutely discusting so when I end up in hospital for not takeing medication and there answer is not there problem
What a shambolic disgrace of a pharmacy, I had booked my Covid booster online and had a date and time confirmed at Sidhu’s. On arrival there was no separate area to book in and three out of the four people waiting for prescriptions were having problems. When I managed to speak to someone the response was “oh covid jabs we’ve run out”. A lady waiting for her mothers prescription said this place is always the same.
