“We visited the west bromwich store on Saturday. We were left to browse, unmolested by any staff. Which was great. I approached the staff to help my wife. Very helpful & swift. There knowledge of garments & sizes was impeccable . These 2 ladies, need a pay rise. At the till, I was thrilled to find. YOURS accept blue light card. All in all. Fantastic experience”

“Rubee has been very professional throughout, she has always been honest, we had a couple of issues with timing with my daughters outfits no fault of Rubee's, she made sure my daughter's were not without outfits, new outfits were made from scratch just in case the other ones did not arrive. The fitting was perfect. She even came to deliver them personally herself. She went above and beyond, and still continues to do so every time i visit the shop.”

“Lots of comfy well made shoes for all ages. Pleasant helpful staff. They do Blue light discount on full price items, but when I got to the till the shoes were already reduced by £10, so no complaints there as it was a bigger saving than with my card. There is a charge for parking on the complex. Helpful tip.. If visiting on a Sunday the tesco carpark opposite is free. Or free with a voucher on other days if you shop in the store.”

“I went into store to purchase a pair of shoes that I had seen online, the staff were very friendly and approached me to ask if I required any help. I showed them what I was after, however, on the Clark’s website it only showed a wide fit in my size which isn’t what I was after and they did not have my size in stock at store. Fortunately, the kind staff member at the store was able to place an order for me in my size (standard fit) which would be delivered to my home address. This was all done in less than 10 minutes The staff members are very welcoming and helpful here, the store is nice and tidy.”

“Very useful shop. Good quality clothing from M and S at knock down prices. May not always have the full range of sizes but you may get lucky with some really good deals. If you are non standard size you may have more choice.Worth a visit.”
