   Attended to get my daughter measured and to purchase her very first shoes. From beginning to end was disappointed at the costumer service. Had to keep asking lots of questions regarding the shoes etc as there was minimal communication and felt like it was a task for them to bring up other pairs of shoes to try on. Sizing wasn’t explained to me and left me confused as the shoes they gave me were a size bigger and said they would be fine. I also enquired about the blue light discount, she stated that it was just for NHS workers- I informed her I am an NHS worker and then stated that the discount was not applicable to children and all the discounts are only for adults. Felt like she was trying anything to avoid applying the discount and make me feel I was cheeky for asking. Went online after purchasing and the blue light discount did apply.

   Bought some shoes friday, went back today Saturday to change to a different size. The workers (1 that was there when i originally bought the shoes) were sooo confident that I wore them. Psh I bought them just yesterday Friday night I’m not wearing Clarks on a night out am I so where would I have worn the shoes to? Was told to wait for the manager Sunday and come back bearing in mind I just wanted a new size and they didn’t even have that size in store, I would’ve had to wait till next week. Went to the fort and changed the same that were “worn” to a different size. Some workers are so inconsiderate and delusional. Can you imagine buying a pair of shoes from one shop, going back to change them the next day with the same worker that was there when you purchased them for her and another person to turn around and tell you you’ve worn the shoes and wait on the manager AND you can’t get them until next week. To then have gone to a completely different shop and they exchange with no issue AT ALL. Lol 0/10 for that.

   Was really disappointed by today's customer service at clarks, my son went to try on some school shoes, there was just no communication, not much support or advice in helping us choose which shoes we should get for my son's school shoes, they gave us nothing to be honest, not even a hello when we arrived to say we had an appointment. It should he an exciting experience for little ones trying on school shoes for the first time, if anything it was nothing but! The shoes were decent, and they done well at measuring his size, but that was it, so rude!

   I went into store to purchase a pair of shoes that I had seen online, the staff were very friendly and approached me to ask if I required any help. I showed them what I was after, however, on the Clark’s website it only showed a wide fit in my size which isn’t what I was after and they did not have my size in stock at store. Fortunately, the kind staff member at the store was able to place an order for me in my size (standard fit) which would be delivered to my home address. This was all done in less than 10 minutes The staff members are very welcoming and helpful here, the store is nice and tidy.

   It says that they close at 7pm but close even before 6pm… employee was waiting to leave the building 5 mins before 6pm

   Told there was a 20min wait. Made to take a ticket and advised to keep shopping and come back. We returned 5minutes later to find our number had already been called and we would have had to take another ticket . We left and won't be going back.
