   Me and my children attended this store today to purchase some shoes, once we were looking around the shop we heard what we thought was the public shouting and arguing after a further look it turned out to be a lady who worked at the store talking to male colleague. The lady was shouting across the shop with her demands of what she wanted him to do the male was already organising the shoes/labels she carried on shouting at him 'i told you to do this, told you to do that not what your doing' she was absolutely vile to the male I would definitely say it was bullying! If I was spoken to like that I would of walked out and quit the job! Absolutely no need!

   Staff are absolutely useless always check shoes in the box as looked in a few boxes for my size the was a size 9 and a size 7 in the same box then staff told me the shoes I wanted was not on sale but went to another shop. 11/3/2025 go to oldbury store absolutely fantastic staff thank you for your service will go there again

   The worst experience I ever had with Shoe Zone West Bromwich. Customer service is really bad, and they do not know how to deal with customers politely. I would say this store is one of the worst stores in the UK I have visited. They are giving products with a different code and are not ready to exchange or refund with a reason, saying shoes are worn and will not be taken back. This all happened in 20 minutes before they closing the store.

   I went there at 7:25pm but the lady on door said that they are closed but the actual closing time online shows 8:00pm

   Ok prices for sure. The customer service is as bland and withdrawn as any shoe shop but at least you get in and out quick. Easy to spot the prices and special offers available
