   Poor customer service — the sales advisor in the children’s section was too busy stacking shelves to even acknowledge us, let alone offer any assistance. I decided to go to Skechers instead.

   On Monday I rang about a particular pair of sale boots I really wanted as Evri had lost a pair I had previously ordered to the Merry Hill store I was informed they had them I asked if they could keep them for me until Tuesday as I couldn’t collect them due to work . I was told as they were sale stock I would need to collect them Tuesday . I left work and drove 40 mins to the store to collect my boots I went to pay for them only to be told the price had gone up as they were a Black Friday sale item ? Strange the original pair I ordered was three weeks ago in the sale . I explained at no point was I told the price would go up I was so angry I explained how the first pair I paid for had been lost I had gone to another store where they didn’t have my size and this was the third store the assistant really couldn’t of cared less and said that was the price they were I wasted nearly two hours driving to and from the shop . Very poor service at this this store .

1. Faulty Windows ★☆☆☆☆

   When I first got into the store, I immediately see a girl having her backpack checked. Like she didn't even get to show it herself, it's the staff that just DUG through her bag. Once I was done looking at the shoes, since they weren't really my style, I went out, then the alarm immediately went off on me. I noticed the same issue for EVERYONE coming in. I then asked one of the staff if this machine is malfunctioning, and they rudely just said "Oh no it isn't, it's just some car keys and other stuff that trigger it". At this point I knew that wasn't a good explanation, as a single car key can't trigger it, and this isn't even a car shop. The ACTUAL purpose of this is to detect items stolen FROM the shop, not just other items. The staff were still rude, and we left right after.

   I love the shoes as they are good quality and at a sensible price. The only thing that really frustrating and annoying is that they dont stick to the closing time because right now when im writing this its currently 19:28 and this shop closes at 20:00 but when I went there it was closed. This is really annoying as people waste petrol, time and energy going but then it's closed. If you want to close it earlier then write that exact time please.
