   Went to Schuh for the first time with my baby to get him his first trainers! Stacey was really kind and lovely with my baby! She kept him entertained and really made our experience lovely. She was very attentive to our needs and so hands on with helping us find the best shoes! We purchased the old skool vans in size 4.5! Thanks Stacey

   Went in store to purchase shoes as a gift for someone's birthday. Daisy was excellent and gave great customer service. She not only showed me a huge range of shoes, but also explained the pros and cons for what I needed. AMAZING!

   I wouldn't normally bother to review a shop, but I visited this store yesterday and received outstanding service, so I thought I would give credit where due. The gentleman who served me was not only very personable and friendly, but he was also helpful and ensured that my daughter got the shoes that she wanted, in the right size. Very impressed. I suspect the chap in question will go far in life.

   Very sad to say food was really poor quality sent 2 meals out of three back. Third one should have gone back as it was cold chips and peas. Floor staff very helpful. Always use here but not in a hurry to go back

   Great place location parking. Not a lot of choice as store is a very small one but clean pleasant, disabled access, could do with separate staff for fittings as an anxiety sufferer it's this process that means I hardly shop at this location. 25mins is long enough to wait for staff to be free I held out for my child. Gave feedback not much help but staff are always polite store manager is polite also seems like a tight team as manager blends innit stands out giving orders. This was great to see every visit and can tell she is store proud. Customer service nothings always 100% anywhere but they offered to help at every turn 8/10 I'm a hard shopper but thank you schuh
