   Bought my daughter some boots she only tried on the right foot, when she got home the other boot was broke and immediately the west Bromwich stall was called and informed. My daughter stated she wanted the boots but a new one. The staff said a new pair would be in the store following week. After leaving it to the third day in the week my daughter called and was told the boots hadn't come yet. Today is Thursday 11 December 2025 me and my daughter went to go pick up her new boots. On arrival inside Jeff bains the first member of staff with glasses acted like she didn't have a clue about the broken boots then the managed of that branch came. When we was buying the boots she was all smiles and darling this. But as she unboxed another pair of boots there were marks all over the front of the boots we asked what the marks were she couldn't explain and I asked are these boots new because you are aware my daughter was coming for them? The manager then started to become rude stating that we are liars and have come into the shop to make up a story. So because this shop sold my daughter shoes which were damaged they're not happy she came for a new pair that were worse than the pair she had. My daughter got her money back as the women was being very very rude. I will not ever go back to this shop and I won't be recommending them to anyone. Rude, discriminative and stereotyping people just because they wouldnt accept damaged shoes!!!!

   Shopped at this shop for years never had a problem with my shoes or coats until Saturday. Brought my daughter a pair of boots which she wore for a week and the clip that held the strap in place fell off which I was able to clip it bk on till 3 days later the clip fell off again and was lost which the strap was left hanging. When I returned the boots looked bran new only problem was the clip missing and the strap not held in place . They wouldn't exchange the boots as they said it was a decorative problem.

   I have to say Courtney and Nicole have made my shopping experience at Jeff Bains an extremely enjoyable one. They were very attentive and patient with my mother and I. Really good customer service. They deserve a raise!

   This really is my favourite bag and shoe store… the quality and variety of stock is amazing. The prices of shoes and bags reasonable with excellent quality. As well as the standard of merchandise their staff are amazing particularly Joanne the store manager. She remembers when you come in and what you buy. Thus level if customer service makes you feel very special. She helps you choose… she orders pieces in for you. Fact that she and her staff are so polite helpful and welcoming makes the experience all more special. I genuinely encourage everyone to go to Jeff Bains in West Bromwich… you will not be disappointed ❤️

   Lovely customer service also she help me choose out shoes for me which was suitable for the snow and her honest opinion was good, it was the assistant girl that works there with black her she excellent pleasant personality. Please do visit this shop highly recommend.

   I found some out of this world shoes and bags in this store. This is my favourite shoe store with it's wide variety of styles and sizes especially for me. I always found it difficult to get shoes in my size until I discovered this store, now I always shop here first. I recommend you visit this store. You are bound to find something that you like.
