   Absolute free for all. Poor service for customers, queues are huge. Actually seen a customer faint in this mess of a place in a queue. On check out, you have to wait in a separate queue to pay with cash where you’ll have 3 staff members who’re trying to deal with a queue of 30-40 customers. Waiting times are ridiculous. Can improve massively.

   The worst experience I have ever had. Kim the manager at the westbromwich branch is an absolute disgrace , I was in the self check out area when I heard shouting at the till, only to find the manager shouting at customer. The customer was having trouble scanning an item and the manager was so rude and unprofessional in the way she reacted, to the point where I had to confront the manager who then started to shout at me. The manager was talking to the customer like they were beneath her. I explained to the manager that these are customer who have worked hard for there money and a little bit of empathy would be good. The manager took no notice and begins to shout at me even more. She then proceeded to call security who had to tell the manager to calm down and stop shouting as she was the one who making the situation worse. The security are the ones who have advised me to log a complaint regarding the managers behaviour. This was all in front of my 8 year old child and a shop fully of horrified customers. Primary should be ashamed employing such people and putting them in a management role. Kim the manager need further training in people skills. This all happened on the 20/112025 at around 18.15 if primary would like to check there cameras.

   Not bad to shop at but on my last visit a member of staff (assuming a manager as she wasn't in usual primark uniform) at self checkout was shouting at customers, to one customer who was trying to navigate the touch screen she shouted "what on earth are you doing stop pressing it constantly that's how it will freeze" to another who couldn't find the barcode she snatched the item and said "there, look!" I felt really bad and uncomfortable. Was horrid to witness.

   There was a staff (a bit aged not young) who behaved rudely and ill-mannerly and was shouting on us only because i took a baby suut which was not on hanger. I was confused why she behaved. I felt she was doing racism. Thats completely not acceptable and if i was not in a hurry i would definitely have complained her. A lady with spects on, heavy by weight, british, a bit aged around 50 i think.

   Really busy when we visited but able to find what I wanted really easily. Plenty of choice in Womens, Mens and Childrens clothes. The home and beauty products were very nice as well. The queue to pay with cash was quite daunting, but I chose to pay by card, so walked straight to the front as that queue was a lot easier.

   Usual Primark fare. Lots of clothes at cheap prices that last for around 10 wears before bobbling. Can find the odd awesome non-clothing item though. On the positive side, it's great how many licensed things you can get at a decent price. Gets really busy so if I have to go, I aim to go for when it opens at 9am. After that, it gets ransacked, messy, and crowded. Very convenient to visit just before a holiday, when you need to kit yourself out inexpensively with swimwear, summer outfits etc.
