   First time used their service. I requested help from the old lady everyone is complaining about. She helped me and explained everything to me. Washed and dryed my clothes in one hour. Excellent service

   Took a relatively new duvet for a wash because I spilt coffee on, the coffee stain came out but the duvet was covered in small hairs, dirt, dust and it was ripped. The horrible lady behind the counter decided to gaslight me and say my duvet was already ripped (it wasn’t), she said it looks really old (it was bright white with one big stain pre washing), then she told me I must have pets (I don’t) then said it’s the Asian ladies who leave their hairs, to which I responded I am an Asian lady with black hair.. the machine should be cleaning not damaging my items. Waste of £5.60 on a wash. Didn’t bother using the dryer because I dread to think what my duvet would look like after a dry. Shocking comments, horrible experience and wouldn’t return. Disgusting!

   I've no complaints; both the lady and the guy who's there sometimes are very friendly. The operation of both the washing machines and the dryers is very simple, and if anyone needs any help, I've never seen them refused, nor received rude responses, much less received a bad face. Both the lady and the guy work hard to accommodate those who prefer to leave their laundry and return 2 or 3 hours later to pick it up. We all need to understand that, basically, it's a SELF-SERVICE laundromat, so, theoretically, there shouldn't even be anyone there, just a sign with an emergency phone number and a coin-changing machine; that's what SELF-SERVICE laundromats are like in other countries. Instead of complaining so much, be a little more understanding and be grateful that there's someone there.

   I visit on Saturdays so the lady that most people are complaining about must work during the week. Normally very busy but I lady is always pleasant. Driers seem to be the hottest around and value for money.

   This woman at this service centre is NOT friendly especially not to the dry only customers. When its not busy you can use the Staff only machines, but as soon as she gets to use it...she takes out your clothes and uses your remaining time paid for to add to her profit!!! SCAM

   Worst experience of my life. l went to the shop today and, the lady working there said l can't use the dryer because two other people were using the washing machine and they were going to use the dryers but there was plenty of dryers which were free. I'm never going to this place again.

   I have been here and the woman has the worst character I have ever seen in my life. You go there and does not explain anything. You go there on time and she says that it's closed when I have been 2 hours before closing.
