Every time I book this team they are 100% perfect. Oven cleans are immaculate!! Carpet cleaners are professional and friendly. Also Patricia is the best at settling worried clients and making you feel appreciated and heard if anything was unintentionally missed.

Called to book a domestic cleaner. Got a text message to confirm that was 30 minutes later than I had requested, a call from the cleaner to say they couldn't find it at the time they should have been here, a further 2 calls to give further directions afterwich I told her to call her boss to assist with finding me. I called the company to explain this and 1 hour later I still have no cleaner and no call to explain what is going on. Terrible service!
