   McShine came to my house today and what a lovely company they are! Their response was fast, the price was fair, and the whole experience was excellent. They came to clean my oven, which I just couldn’t manage myself—it was in really bad shape, and I had no idea how to tackle it. McShine came with their “super powers” and made it spotless! Their communication, customer service, and punctuality were all on point. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Thank you, McShine!

   Had an 'end of tenancy' service yesterday. Don't get me wrong, the cleaners themselves were friendly. But I'm not very happy with the organiser of the clean, Martin. Firstly, he showed up late. Then his whole team of cleaners were late. Secondly, he decided that the £180 quote was not sufficient for our house and that he'd have to charge us £250. We asked why that was and he stated the kitchen was dirty. The only thing that could be considered as reasonable to charge extra was the oven. So £70 for an oven clean seemed a bit ridiculous if we are paying £180 for the whole house. He seemed shocked that we challenged him and didn't really have much of an argument. We are a young couple so he may have thought we'd just bend over and pay the money. In the end, we decided that £210 was fair. However, after the service was finished, he kept badgering me for payment with texts and phone calls so I sent the money before being able to check the property. This morning, I checked my property. The fridge was still wet, and crucially, the oven is still filthy. I don't know whether this was done intentionally to screw our deposit over because we had haggled with him around the £70 extra charge. Either way, the service is not complete as we had agreed and we are very unhappy. It is our last day having this property and we were backing on this expensive cleaning service to guarantee our deposit back. With a dirty oven, the estate agents will likely charge us £100~. So we've paid £210 to be charged another £100, at least. Thanks. Avoid if you don't want to be conned or disappointed.

   I contacted them early morning as my cleaner (form another service) had cancelled the same day and I was set to move out. Crystal was super helpful, kind and got in a cleaner within a few hours as it was an emergency. The cleaner did an amazing job and I was super happy and satisfied with the service!

   The cleaner who was cleaning a gym in Solihull was truly awful. The gym opened in July and there's still dirt everywhere from the fit out. He would rather mop a clean floor. He vaccums areas that need mopping. We have paid £850 a week for a terrible service. £21 an hour for a guy to push a mop about that stinks. A Henry vaccum and no vaccum bag in it so there's no proper suction.

   McShine were very responsive; they called back to give me a quote soon after I submitted the online form to request an end of tenancy cleaning service. They were able to do the job at a few days’ notice and the two cleaners cleaned the flat thoroughly, including difficult areas such as the oven and the kitchen cupboards. This allowed me to return the keys on the day I moved out.

   I had a good experience with McShine back in May. It took me a while to post a review but I wanted to give a shout out to both the cleaner and the admin at McShine. They were upfront clear and honest. They did a thorough job with whatever we agreed upon. Unfortunately, I missed a couple of things and they had to go back to the apartment for additional cleaning (no fault of them - I said no need to clean it) and they did do it without much fuss. I am a happy customer and would recommend their service to friends and family. Very friendly and professional. P.S: Only thing I would say to potential customers is be clear with your budget and also your needs. They will work with you to fit your budget and your needs.
